In order to construct the simulation and testing platform of the CTCS level 3 system, this paper focuses on the research of functional prototype of Radio Block Centre (RBC), including the following three key points. First, we find out functional requirements of RBC through a profound analysis of the CTCS level 3 system requirements. Then, we present the design of safety computer platform for RBC according to the safety requirements of train control equipments. Last, we design and accomplish the software of the RBC functional prototype on the base of the above achievements. 摘要

据确认,预计时速超过300公里的新建铁路将采用中国列车控制系统(CTCS) 3级系统。为了构建CTCS三级系统的仿真与测试平台,本文重点研究了无线电块中心(RBC)的功能原型,包括以下三个关键点:首先,通过对CTCS三级系统需求的深入分析,找出RBC的功能需求。然后,根据列车控制设备的安全要求,设计了RBC安全计算机平台。最后,在上述成果的基础上,设计并实现了RBC功能原型的软件。通过在新建铁路仿真测试平台的实际应用,证明该功能样机符合CTCS三级系统需求规范,满足CTCS三级仿真测试平台的建设要求。
