本文通过对国内外文献的研究，提出了连锁店物流能力和服务质量的构成要素。建立了连锁店物流能力与物流服务质量的影响关系模型。该模型是根据我国连锁门店物流的现状和存在的问题开发的，不仅明确了提升连锁门店物流服务质量的方向，也为今后该模型在中国的实证研究奠定了基础。
