This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which describes and interprets objects according to what they are to describe the overall situation or event. The results of the study revealed that Akidah Akhlak Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Medan Model has not fully implemented the professional competency indicators contained in Law Number 14 of 2005. Some of the indicators that have been applied include having knowledge and mastery of the field of study being fostered, indicators of having the right attitude towards oneself, peer schooling, and the field of study being fostered, and indicators of having teaching skills. Such behavior, among others: the phenomenon of violence, sexual abuse, mania business through schools, corruption and arbitrariness that occur among school. After conducting a reliminary study in Integrated Islamic Elementary School Anak Sholeh Hinai, Langkat it can be concluded while, that the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Anak Sholeh Hinai, Langkat is an educational institution that began to notice the importance of character education.This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. In collecting the data, the authors using observation, interviews, and documentation.This study produced three findings: first from the aspect of planning is done in several ways, including: a) Designing school conditions conducive, b) Designing curriculum of character education explicitly, c) Creating a curriculum characters integrative, d) Management of classrooms, e) environmental management outside the classroom. Both at the level of implementation is done, among others: a) Cooperation between the school community, b) Applying the model, c) Habituation pray, d) Guidance Qur’an intensive, e) Appreciating the creativity of learners, f) Establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and learners. This type of research is quantitative, with a population of all classes IV, V, and VI totalling 177 learners and a sample of 66 learners. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale, while the data analysis technique uses instrument tests, validity, and reliability tests. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, F tests, and efficiency determination. The results revealed that there was a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on PAI learning achievement of 6,076 > 1,999 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, while the influence between discipline on PAI learning achievement was 6,659 > 1,999 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The influence between learning motivation and discipline on PAI learning achievement was jointly obtained by 41,657 > 3,140 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a determination value of R 0.569 (56.9 %) means that 56.9% of PAI learning achievement is influenced by learning motivation and discipline factors. This research is qualitative, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Primary data sources in this study include; principals, teachers of Akidah Akhlak, School Public Relations, and PKS 3 for Student Affairs and Students. The next step of data analysis is collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and concluding data. The results of the study revealed that planning was carried out during the preparation of the syllabus and included matters relating to religious moderation in the material of Akidah akhlak. While implementing learning, the teacher uses learning methods that follow the material, such as the lecture method, and even prioritizes group discussions to instill a moderate attitude in students, namely mutual respect, respect, being fair to group friends, and being sporty during the learning process. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. In collecting data, researchers used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that Tahfizul Qur'an extracurricular activities were carried out before entering class, with Murajaah and repetition of memorizing. The process of inculcating spiritual values is carried out by refraction, combined learning methods, learning strategies emphasizing the role of mentor teachers, daily evaluations by checking memorization, monthly evaluations with verse connecting verse games, and semester evaluations with the Tahfiz exam. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings in this study reveal that the values of anti-bullying education in Akidah Akhlak subjects at SMPs Al-Azhar Medan are the values of khauf, obedient, patient, kind, tolerant, helping, brave and communicative. Meanwhile, in its implementation, Akidah Akhlak teachers use interesting learning stages and varied methods such as the story method. The obstacles faced include internal and external factors. The design used in this study is quasi-experimental. by using a pretest and posttest control group design. However, before the pretest, the questions tested had been tested for homogeneity considering children’s different abilities. This design involves two classes, namely the experimental group class and the control group class. The result of the research is that the implementation of learning evaluation through e-learning at MIN 1 Ogan Ilir succeeded in creating more efficient and flexible learning. This is based on indicators of the success of the e-learning system, one of which is that e-learning can overcome time constraints and is flexible.
