But all the employees are not still satisfied with their jobs due to some noticeable factors especially in govt. banks. Job satisfaction is the bunch of internal and external factors stimulating desires and energy in people to be continually interested in and committed to a job, role, or subject and to exert persistent efforts in gaining goals. The main objective of the study is to analyse and reveal the satisfaction level among the employees of Govt. Banks. Some findings of the study are high workload and working stress comparing with compensation package, good loan facilities but average level of allowance and other incentives for the employees, moderate satisfactory leave facilities, good opportunity for the employee training, moderate promotion system and so forth. Job satisfaction puts human resources into action and improves level of efficiency of employees. It leads to the stability of workforce that is very important from the point of view of reputation and goodwill of the company. This paper seeks to make a comparative study on the TQM applications of cooperative and private dairy in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. A study was carried out to assess the Total Quality Management factors in each of the dairy. An extensive literature survey suggests that there are some important TQM factors like Quality Culture, Focus on Employee, Focus on Operations including Continuous Improvement, Focus on Customer and Strategic Competitive Management. Therefore for the purpose of the study the above mentioned five factors were taken to make a comparative analysis of the select units. The questionnaire was designed on five point Likert Scale to assess Total Quality Management. This study is based on the primary data of Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. (OICL) and secondary data of Reliance Life Insurance Company Ltd. (RLIC). The primary data for Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. was collected through a semi-structured interview and the secondary data for Reliance Life Insurance Company Ltd. was collected through their web portal. The findings suggest that though the corporate social responsibility activities revolve around similar areas for both the sectors, focusing on community, health, education, and infrastructure, yet the policies and procedures regarding corporate social responsibility were structured and systematic for Reliance Life Insurance Company Ltd. in comparison to that of Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. Both public (OICL) and private (RLIC) sector enterprises work with a special set of constraints and challenges, due to which they strategize their operations differently. Quantitative data is data that is expressed in numerical terms. Quantitative data used in this study, among others, data obtained through questionnaires and student achievement data. By using three variables, namely the variables X 1 (level of education), X 2 (income) and Y (student achievement), this study sought to discover whether there is a significant influence between education and income levels of parents to the student achievement School Students basic Je'netallasa District of Gowa Regency. The population that the researchers specify is the whole elementary school students Je'netallasa District Gowa Year 2014/2015, with population research is not a sample study because the number is less than 120 people.From the above data can be seen that the distribution of questionnaires returned to the researchers as many as 82 respondents, while Others did not return or not filled or damaged, so the sample in this study was 82 parent pair of students consisting of father 82 respondents and father 82 respondents so that the total is 164 which made the respondent in this research. The result of this research is the positive and significant influence of parent education level to the learning achievement shown by the partial determination test obtained the contribution value of 7.5%, the positive influence and the significant level of income on the learning achievement which is shown by the partial determination test obtained by the contribution value of 17.9% And the positive and significant influence of the level of education and the level of income on the learning achievement shown by the simultaneous determination test obtained by the contribution value of 3.47% and the remaining 96.53% influenced by other factors not included in the research variables. I. Background Education is one of the main factors for the development of human resources because education is believed to increase human resources so as to create productive human beings capable of advancing the nation, (Kunaryo, 2000). Education is an ongoing process for life and is carried out in the family, school and community environment, because education is the responsibility of family, community and government. In Indonesia, education has become one of the most important factors in its development and progress. Evidenced by the reform in the field of education by the government, among others: improving the quality of education, curriculum updates in accordance with the development of science and technology, and the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Learning achievement is a reflection of the learning effort. Learning achievement is also the result obtained by every child or student after learning activities. Optimal learning activities will affect the success rate of student achievement in learning. Student achievement will be obtained maximally through a structured learning process. The purpose of this study is to test the lecturer job satisfaction on their performance achievement by considering aspects of motivation, lecturer emotional intelligence, organization culture and implementation of transformational leadership. Lecturers are respondents of this study. There are 187 samples from 352 study population. It is a quantitative research design with survey method. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. This study found that there is an effect of lecturer motivation, lecturer emotional intelligence, organizational culture and transformational leadership on job satisfaction. The second finding shows that there is an effect of lecturer motivation, lecturer emotional intelligence, organizational culture and transformational leadership on individual job performance. The third finding proved that lecturer job satisfaction has a positive impact on individual job performance.
