An extensive literature survey suggests that there are some important TQM factors like Quality Culture, Focus on Employee, Focus on Operations including Continuous Improvement, Focus on Customer and Strategic Competitive Management. Therefore for the purpose of the study the above mentioned five factors were taken to make a comparative analysis of the select units. The questionnaire was designed on five point Likert Scale to assess Total Quality Management. Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) plays an important role to improve the productivity and quality of the product in dairy industry.
