The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing need for patriotic education of young people in modern Chinese society. In this regard, vocal art, as well as the genre of school songs, in particular, have a powerful pedagogical potential. Purpose: identification of the features of the development of the idea of patriotic education of students through school songs in China (1920s to the present century). Materials and methods: the theoretical basis of the study was the works of outstanding Chinese composers and teachers of the 20th century on the role of music and song in the patriotic education of young people. The research methods included the retrospective analysis of the issues of patriotic education in China; the theoretical and comparative analysis of the approaches of Chinese scientists to the implementation of the process of patriotic education in music lessons at school. Results: The periodization of the formation of the school song genre, which laid the foundation for the idea of educating patriots through songs during school music lessons in China, is presented. The results of comparative analysis of the works of Chinese researchers have shown that the idea of patriotic education has evolved within this genre throughout the twentieth century, reflecting the main events in the history of Chinese society. The features of the school song of the first half of the twentieth century related to military themes aimed at educating defenders of the Motherland are highlighted. The characteristic of the stages of updating the themes of school songs after the formation of the PRC is given. Since 1949, school songs have been dominated by pictures of peaceful life, praising the beauty of native nature, family values, labor feat, without losing their patriotic character. Conclusion. The idea of patriotic education through school songs in China has evolutionary nature. The problem of professional self-determination in Russian and international psychology has been addressed for a long time and has not lost its relevance. Russian and international research mostly presents studies that consider the relationship of professional identity on student samples or in professional groups, and the studies mostly focus on the development of skills in the IT sphere. There is considerably less research aimed at studying the readiness for professional self-determination among students aged 15-18. The aim of the research was to study the emotional characteristics of professional attitudes among high school graduates and college students of the first and second years. Materials and Methods. In order to obtain empirical data, we used: Questionnaire of Professional Attitudes of Adolescents (I.M. Kondakov); Questionnaire of Emotional Attitudes towards the Future (M.R. Ginzburg); Questionnaire of Self-Realization Assessment (M.R. Ginzburg). Research Results and Discussion. The data obtained in our study demonstrates the relationship between emotional characteristics of the future and professional attitudes, indicating that the self-determination process is experienced by modern youth quite acutely. Meaningful connections between the characteristics of self-determination and the emotional connotation of the future were identified and analyzed. Immaturity of professional self-determination is characterized by emotional experience of the future, manifestation of anxiety, despair and worry. Professional attitudes: “Rationalism of professional choice”, “Optimism about professional future” and “High self-esteem” are regarded as appropriate attitudes to the situation of professional self-determination; “Dependence and indecision in professional choice” are characterized by personal immaturity to professional self-determination, emotional experience of the future. Most likely, this emotional attitude towards the future is caused not only by the expanding range of opportunities for self-realization provided by the digital economy, but also by the high mobility of socio-economic processes and global uncertainty of the future. Conclusion. The features of the cognitive activity of the individual, which influence the perception of the image of the enterprise as a place of work, are analyzed. Regardless of the type of the prevailing organizational culture of the enterprise, the attitude of the staff to the enterprise may differ, and such differences are associated with cognitive distortions in the thinking of employees. However, there are no methods diagnosing these distortions in organizational activity. The purpose of the article is to describe the method of studying cognitive distortions of a person's thinking in organizational activities. Methodology (materials) and methods: the author proposes the methodology “Cognitive distortions in organizational activity”, which allows to identify cognitive distortions of the staff. Results: in the course of the questionnaire standardization procedure, data on its reliability and validity were obtained, as well as data from the expert community, which allows us to conclude that the Cognitive Distortions in Organizational Activity questionnaire successfully realizes its goal: to study the cognitive attitudes of the individual in the perception of the organization. Reliable values were determined for each of the scales: dichotomy, catastrophic thinking and depreciation of the positive, emotional justification, labeling, mental filter, mind reading, personalization, obligation and overgeneralization. The main research methods are analysis, systematization and generalization of survey data from representatives of 87 regions of the Russian Federation, study of documents presented on the websites of educational organizations, colleges and universities, conversations with teachers and organizers of pedagogical and psychologicalpedagogical classes and groups. The advanced experience of using an integrated approach to training personnel for the education system is revealed: implementation of the Pedagogical Classes Program; organization of psychological and pedagogical training of schoolchildren with the involvement of pedagogical universities and colleges in the region; development of student’ skills and abilities necessary for activities in the social and pedagogical sphere; training high school students according to the individual curriculum; attracting learners of pedagogical classes to participate in psychological and pedagogical olympiads and competitions of professional skills. Dual education is an integrative characteristic of practiceoriented education system. Dual education implies practical training on the basis of employing organizations. The authors did not aim to develop a model of dual teacher education as a whole. The aim of the article is to study the experience and describe the model of transition to dual pedagogical education through networking of educational organizations of different levels. Materials and methods: theoretical (analysis of scientific- methodological and normative-advisory literature, study of experience of higher educational institutions), empirical (observation). As a result, the necessity of introducing dual education in higher education was studied and theoretically substantiated; the principles and requirements of transition to dual pedagogical education were identified; the recommendations on updating the content of work programs from the position of increasing the proportion of practical activity of students in employing organizations were developed. The organization of dual education implies social and professional cooperation of regional authorities, specialized organizations and higher education organization. In addition to serious structural changes in the regulatory and legal field, documentation accompanying the implementation of the educational process, dual education implies the development of financial mechanisms of students' remuneration. The author does not touch upon the financial side of the issue in question, it is about the model of transition to the duality of pedagogical education. The content of methodological disciplines is mastered by students on the basis of the employing organization. Cooperation agreements are signed: with the representative of the employer, student and higher education organization, which stipulate the rights and responsibilities of all parties. Each student is assigned a teacher-mentor, who introduces the student to the corporate culture of the profile organization, provides the acquisition of professional skills, participates in the assessment of learning outcomes. Conclusions. The use of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies is a key direction for the development of the professional sphere in the near future. The relevance of this study is due to the need to introduce these technologies in the field of foreign language education in universities to optimize the process of forming students' professional foreign language competence. The purpose of this article is to study and analyze the existing experience of using educational technologies of augmented and virtual reality in teaching a foreign language in Russia and abroad. Methodology and methods: the lack of a sufficient research base devoted directly to the experience of implementing AR and VR technologies in the process of teaching a foreign language to university students led to the choice of a comprehensive research methodology: theoretical analysis of scientific, pedagogical and methodological literature on the research topic, description and analysis of research results. As a result, the article analyzes the use of augmented and virtual reality technologies in teaching a foreign language, their purpose and functions. The possibility of using these technologies in the educational environment in order to visualize the educational material, supplement it with visual information technologies by reading the QR code with smartphones, tablets and other gadgets, increase motivation and interest in learning is shown. The advantages and disadvantages of augmented and virtual reality technologies are highlighted. Host language training for immigrants continues to be a debated issue. Beyond language skills, immigrants’ engagement in language training has seldom been studied. Purpose: The present study predicted student engagement in Swedish host language training programmes. Predictors of engagement include (a) socioeconomic and sociodemographic factors (sex, socioeconomic groupings); (b) human capital; (c) social capital; and (d) academic self-efficacy. Methodology and methods: The data consist of a survey with 186 participants from one language training centre (i.e., non-random). Results: The participants reported a high level of engagement in language training. The study used linear regression and structural equation modelling. First, the study indicates (unexpectedly) that students with low education were more engaged than highly educated students. Second, students with greater social capital had greater engagement. Third, academic self-efficacy made the largest positive difference in student engagement. In recent years, the number of small business organizations in the Crimea has grown significantly, which, on the one hand, develops the economic sector of the Republic and provides jobs, and on the other, creates the fiercest competition in a market economy. So, only in the Crimea, more than 90% of small businesses sell their services to consumers, and are not producers of goods. In addition, the services offered by such companies are not exclusive in the Crimean market. For a company to be competitive, it needs to be recognized and be ahead when compared to other companies. In fact, to ensure competitiveness, a small business company must have a stable positive image, be familiar to everybody. Otherwise, the lifetime of such a company is limited from 1 year to 3 years. The purpose of the article is to describe the results of the study of the corporate culture of small business organizations. Materials and methods. To diagnose the corporate culture of the organization, we used the OSAI method; to determine the styles and norms of behavior, to identify the leading motives of employees' activities – the method of diagnosing the socio psychological attitudes of the individual in the motivational- need sphere developed by O.F. Potemkina. In the course of the study of 7 Crimean small business enterprises, the authors identified several groups of enterprises with tendencies to different types of corporate culture. The motivational profiles of the enterprises included in the ascertaining experiment were studied. The solution of all other problems of scientific psychology depends on the solution of the problem of the nature and evolution of the psyche. In post- Vygotsky activity psychology, the notion of affect was not at the forefront. Objective: To continue the study of the psyche as a form of affective activity begun by Vygotsky. Methodology and methods: The principle of activity and the cultural-historical approach in human psychology. Results of the research: Following Spinoza and Vygotsky, adopting affect as the “alpha and omega” of mental life, the author traces the initial stages of mental evolution in the process of subject activity. Phase analysis of this cyclical process allows us to determine the specificity of mental activity. The psyche is defined as an affect-inducing reflection of activity on its subject. The cellular form of mental activity, affect, is a state of the acting body, due to which the activity potential of the body, i.e. the level of motivation and the assortment of activity schemes, increases or decreases. The simplest affect is desire; in the process of subject activity, desire performs an orientation function and turns into the affects of pleasure or dissatisfaction, the “primary forms of purely mental behavior”, according to Vygotsky. Considered from the objective side, in relation to the object of perception, affect acts as an image of the senses. In relation to the subject of perception, the same affect appears as an emotion. As mental activity develops, its cognitive and emotional, and its subject and reflexive sides become differentiated. With regular repetition, action becomes automatic: the pattern of activity is fixed in the structure of the body, and the affective orienting reaction is replaced by the reflexive one. Affects arise and function at the “creative” pole of divided activity – in situations when a new scheme of activity needs to be developed or a previously acquired one needs to be corrected. They signal a change in the external conditions of activity, triggering a search-oriented reaction. The culture of the teacher, including the professional pedagogical culture and other characteristics of the personality, is the guarantee of the effectiveness of their professional activity, as well as the high-quality fulfillment of the state order − the preparation of the younger generation, the future of Russia. The level of cultural development necessary for the teacher is formed during the period of study at the university, where socio-cultural practice is used as a tool for raising the cultural level. The purpose of the work is to summarize the experience of organizing and conducting sociocultural practice, to identify and analyze its contribution to the formation of students' competencies and to their cultural development in general. The material of the work was the course and results of the sociocultural practice with the 1st year students of Moscow City Pedagogical University. The research used the following methods: theoretical – systemic and comparative analysis, analysis of cause-and-effect relationships, analysis of normative, scientific, psychological and pedagogical literature, generalization, comparison, synthesis; empirical − observation, comparison and grouping, conversations, questionnaire-diagnostic and observational methods, methods of expert assessment. As a result of the study, it has been established that the essence of sociocultural practice is the development of social reality, the integration of the individual into the socio-cultural space and its formation as a subject of social life. The content of sociocultural practice is a consistent immersion in the socio-cultural environment, the development of culture, social norms, values with the subsequent transformation of the experience gained into the basis of future social life and professional activity. The characteristics of sociocultural practice are highlighted: consistency, focus on interaction, continuation of socialization, cultural development. It was found that the form of the practice allows you to achieve the set goals, and its mechanism ensures the relationship between educational and extracurricular activities. Conclusion. The study summarizes and analyzes the experience of organizing and conducting socio-cultural practice, reveals the contribution to the formation of the personality of students and to their cultural development in general.
