However, at present, there are some problems in Red Education, such as the crowded observation, lack of immersion in the online exhibition hall, and the weak sense of experience. Red Tourism is an important part of Red Education and plays an indispensable role therein. In the information age, it has become urgent to integrate holographic technology into Red Tour Education. However, due to the limitations of online shopping and the intangible characteristics of tourism service products, consumers rely more on the external information to make purchasing decisions. Online reviews and responses to them given by merchants, as a crucial part of the external information, especially the negative review responses, however, have not been studied in great depth. Therefore, how to mine and analyse these data, and understand the consumers’ purchase intention on different response strategies, then design personalized response strategies data to deal with different service remedies, thereby increasing the service responsiveness and competitiveness, has become imperative. Based on the Attribution theory, this study attributes the online negative review responses collected on the Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms to three types of response strategies, then explores the effects of different negative review response strategies on consumers' purchase intention from a quantitative approach. As the first station of vessels entering the Yangtze River, the anchorage safety of vessels in the Yangtze River Estuary is directly related to the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the construction of Shanghai international shipping center. Based on the present situation and characteristics of the use and management of the anchorage in this area, this paper analyzed the resource demand, anchorage capacity and anchorage safety, analyzed the relationship among them. As a traditional industrial province in China, Hubei Province has some problems such as low utilization rate of resources, high pollution and low utilization rate of scientific and technological achievements. Based on an in-depth analysis of industrial development in Hubei Province from 2008 to 2019, this paper established an index system of industrial input and output, and applied DEA model to discuss the quality of industrial sustainable development in Hubei Province. The results showed that the industrial development in some years had a low quality with redundant input and insufficient output, and the scale efficiency could be further improved.
