Electric cookers for cooking need electricity, refrigerators, TVS, air conditioners, computers and fans need electricity, as well as electric lights that give us light in the dark night. Therefore, a power failure in daily life is just like the sky falling down, which is extremely painful. Adults can’t see the news; the elderly can’t use high-tech to cook the rice; even children can’t play the computer. Electricity is an indispensable electrical appliance in people’s daily life and work. Once faulty electrical equipment is not diagnosed and resolved effectively, it will seriously affect people’s normal life and work. So it is very important to do a good job in the diagnosis of faulty electrical equipment. The image retrieval method based on deep learning is an effective fault diagnosis technology. The article combines the exponential smoothing method with the DEA model, which analyzes the innovation efficiency of SIPG in the next five years to find out the business strategy. It is concluded that the innovation efficiency of SIPG will maintain a relatively high level from 2011 to 2024. The average comprehensive innovation efficiency reached 0.92, and the comprehensive innovation efficiency reached the DEA effective in 2011, 2012, 2015 in the historical years. The study found that the integration of industry and finance has significantly promoted R&D investment in enterprises, and financing constraints have shown a significant intermediary effect in financial-industrial integration and corporate R&D investment. The efficiency of time series similarity research has become an obstacle to the development of time series mining algorithms. The representation of time series and the measurement of similarity are the basis of time series similarity research and play a crucial role in completing the similarity search task of time series. As a method of measuring similarity, the dynamic distortion of time can be effectively dealt with by deforming the time series over time, and it has good stability. However, time series data is usually an ever-increasing data stream, and the direct study of similarity will cause considerable storage space consumption, and may affect the accuracy and reliability of the algorithm. It collects the corresponding index data of 12 western provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities are inclusive) from 2014 to 2018, and further evaluates the regional innovation level of each western province by method of weighted TOPSIS. The results show that different regions in western China take on differentiated level in innovation-driven development. The research shows that the government subsidy must be controlled within a reasonable range to stimulate the enthusiasm of manufacturers; The R&D cost coefficient is inversely proportional to the greenness of new energy vehicles, and consumers' green preference is directly proportional to it. The level of the R&D cost coefficient directly affects the manufacturer's production choice.
