摘要

本文根据新时代创新发展的内涵和中国西部地区创新发展的特点，构建了西部地区创新水平综合评价指标体系。收集2014 - 2018年西部12省(含自治区、直辖市)相应指标数据，采用加权TOPSIS法进一步评价西部各省区域创新水平。结果表明:西部地区在创新驱动发展方面存在差异;此外，四川、陕西和重庆在中国西部地区的区域创新能力排名较高。
