Through empirical research, we find that financing constraints are negatively correlated with stock price volatility. The financing constraint coefficient increases by 1%, and the stock price volatility decreases by 9.88%. The greater the independence of the board of directors, the greater the impact of financing constraints on stock price volatility. The independence of the board of directors increased by 1%, and the financing constraint coefficient’s ability to restrain stock price fluctuations increased by about 28.60%. Furthermore, this paper conducts a robustness test from the three dimensions of ownership, firm size, and firm age, and verifies that the extreme tail effect of stock price collapse risk does not exist in each quantile. Based on the analysis mentioned above, this article puts forward relevant policy recommendations from the two perspectives of board independence and financing constraints.","PeriodicalId":154348,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th Annual International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123046231","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The traditional automatic pest detection and counting method is low in accuracy and efficiency. Therefore, accurate and real-time detection of the tea leafhopper is of great significance for predicting insect situation. To this end, a set of real-time detection and analysis equipment was designed to solve the problem of the tea leafhopper. First, remote image acquisition equipment was used to collect images, which were uploaded to the cloud server for detection. Afterward, the results of detection and tea leafhopper analysis were displayed on the web. The results reveal that the designed system is available for detection using images of 4000*3000 pixels within 8s. Test set consists of 25,000 independent images, Recall is 0.9 and the number of FP is only 90. The experimental results demonstrate that the system meets the requirements for real-time (detecting pests in less than 10 s is defined as real-time) and accurate detection of tea leafhoppers.","PeriodicalId":154348,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th Annual International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"89 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124399141","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The target of text matching is to model the relationship between two input texts. In this paper, we aim to give a survey on recent advance techniques of deep-learning based text matching methods. Specifically, depending on whether a model will first encode a sentence into a fixed-length vector without any incorporating from the other sentence, the existing studies can be categorized into two major categories: representation-based models and interaction-based models. The latter can be divided into two groups according to the interaction methods. In addition, we summarize the strengths and weaknesses of these methods to help beginners in this area to choose the appropriate model for their application. Finally, we make a conclusion by highlighting several directions and open problems which need to be further explored by the community in the future.","PeriodicalId":154348,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th Annual International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"91 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124649993","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nowadays, one of the effective ways to solve traffic problems is to build intelligent transportation system. As the key technology of this intelligent system, traffic prediction is the premise and key of traffic guidance and control. In the face of the above development, a short- term traffic flow prediction method based on fuzzy clustering algorithm is proposed. With the help of the basic characteristic parameters of traffic flow, the short-term traffic flow data are obtained and preprocessed. On this basis, the short-term traffic flow prediction evaluation index is defined, and the \"distance\" measurement conditions for the two criteria are established by publishing traffic information service, so as to realize the smooth application of the short-term traffic flow prediction method based on fuzzy clustering algorithm. The experimental results show that, with the support of fuzzy clustering algorithm, the accuracy of artificial short-term traffic flow prediction is greatly improved. Compared with the quadratic exponential smoothing method, this new prediction method has greater feasibility and application value.","PeriodicalId":154348,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th Annual International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116473352","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The online eCommerce business is quickly expanding. Understanding users’ purchase behavior is a key component to growing sales and improving the website’s design and flow. We use User Behavior Data from Tianchi of Alibaba Cloud. The data were randomly selected about one million users who have behaviors of page view, purchase, shopping to cart, and adding to favorite during November 25 to December 27, 2017. There are a total of ten million records. We used four dimensions to approach this problem: time, item, conversion rate from Funnel Analysis, and valuable customers from RFM Model. From the time dimension, users are more likely to visit pages during the weekends from 10 am to 3 pm. From the item dimension, the top ten items were purchased over one hundred times during this time frame. The number is outstanding back in 2017. For the conversion rate from Funnel Analysis, adding items into the cart has a higher conversion rate compared to marking items as favorites. For the customer dimension, we used an RFM (recency, frequency, monetary) model to identify valuable users. We can advise Taobao to improve the favorite item remainder process, increase the exposure of hot selling items during peak hours and week of the day, and offer more promotions/recommendations to valuable customers.","PeriodicalId":154348,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th Annual International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128183036","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to the dynamic environment, the relationship between enterprise diversification and its performance is one of the core research topics of enterprise strategic management. Dynamic capabilities and their dimension capabilities are positively correlated with financial performance and non-financial performance of enterprises, and environmental dynamics has a moderating effect on the relationship between dynamic capabilities and non-financial performance of enterprises. An empirical study on the relationship between environmental dynamics and corporate performance aims to examine the relationship between the capital structure of listed companies and corporate performance in a transitional economy with environmental dynamics as the main feature in China. And because of the particularity of China’s market environment, traditional research methods can not measure the diversified M&A performance of enterprises. Therefore, the relationship between diversified M&A types and long-term performance of tourism enterprises using environmental dynamics is studied.","PeriodicalId":154348,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th Annual International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132373377","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
