In order to comprehensively analyze the research and development status of data mining in the field of education, this paper takes the relevant research papers in THE CNKI database from 2010 to 2020 as the data source, and applies the method of scientometrics to carry out the research from three dimensions: author, key words, region and institution. The research shows that learning analysis, data mining and big data have always been the research hotspots in the field of education, and the research scale and maturity are gradually increasing. At the same time, the research of educational data mining and learning analysis has a tendency to focus on practical application instead of theory. In addition, this paper also analyzes the algorithms in the research paper, and introduces the practical application of the algorithms in the field of education. Green and sustainable development has become the theme of the development of today's times. as an important force in green finance, green bonds are based on environmental protection and sustainable economic and social development. it is an important link to promote the establishment of a green financial system in an all-round way in the 13th five-year Plan, and it also represents the new development direction of the world financial industry. Based on the above background, first of all, the definition of green bonds and combined with relevant theories, through the case analysis, ratio analysis and other methods to conduct in-depth research. Secondly, it analyzes the issuance of domestic green bonds and finds out its shortcomings. Finally, through the analysis of the emergence stage of China's green bond financing related suggestions, including the issuer of the management of funds raised, government departments how to introduce relevant policy incentives, as well as regulatory supervision and other appropriate suggestions. Segmentation of Chinese inscription images play a fundamental role in processing of Chinese character images. Traditional projection segmentation methods can be used for Chinese inscription image segmentation because Chinese characters in most inscription images arrange regularly. However, in an actual segmentation process, the slight offset of the glyph position or a crossing of strokes after projection caused projection segmentation method failure. In order to solve this problem, a Chinese inscription image segmentation method based on clustering algorithm was provided. Firstly, preprocessed the image, and then looked up the contour of the inscription images to exclude the obvious abnormal part of the contour size; Secondly, filled in the remaining contours to obtain a clustered sample set; Thirdly, used the DBSCAN clustering algorithm to cluster the sample set to generate several clusters which each of those clusters represented a Chinese character image; Finally, for clusters that did not satisfy the outline range of Chinese characters, adjusted the minimum neighborhood until the aspect ratio of the circumscribed rectangle of the cluster was within the range of the aspect ratio of Chinese characters. We conducted character segmentation experiments on sample inscriptions.
