In order to comprehensively analyze the research and development status of data mining in the field of education, this paper takes the relevant research papers in THE CNKI database from 2010 to 2020 as the data source, and applies the method of scientometrics to carry out the research from three dimensions: author, key words, region and institution. The research shows that learning analysis, data mining and big data have always been the research hotspots in the field of education, and the research scale and maturity are gradually increasing. At the same time, the research of educational data mining and learning analysis has a tendency to focus on practical application instead of theory. In addition, this paper also analyzes the algorithms in the research paper, and introduces the practical application of the algorithms in the field of education. 摘要

教育数据挖掘与学习分析作为数据挖掘在教育领域的具体应用,通过研究教育领域的热点和存在的问题,可以更好地促进中国教育的发展。为了全面分析数据挖掘在教育领域的研究发展现状,本文以the CNKI数据库2010 - 2020年的相关研究论文为数据源,运用科学计量学的方法,从作者、关键词、地区、机构三个维度展开研究。研究表明,学习分析、数据挖掘和大数据一直是教育领域的研究热点,研究规模和成熟度正在逐步提高。与此同时,教育数据挖掘和学习分析的研究也有侧重于实际应用而非理论的趋势。此外,本文还对研究论文中的算法进行了分析,并介绍了算法在教育领域的实际应用。基于本文的分析,算法也是未来的研究热点,创新教学改革,提高教学质量始终是奋斗的目标。
