Research on Cultural Network Resources and Tourism Financing in Yangtze River Delta Based on Big Data

Under the background of rapid social and economic development, tourism occupies a higher and higher position in the national construction and development. In this trend, according to their own development needs, the implementation of financing based on carbon sink trading is the focus of the development of enterprises in all countries at this stage. Based on the understanding of cultural network resources and industry development trend in the Yangtze River Delta at the present stage, this paper studies how to promote effective tourism financing based on big data according to the analysis of carbon sink financing mode.
