Although the traditional evaluation algorithm based on rough set can deal with uncertain information, it can only deal with discrete data effectively. In practice, there are continuous data and most of them are fuzzy, and the boundary between concepts is not very clear. Fuzzy set can overcome this disadvantage. This paper creatively proposes a method based on intuitionistic fuzzy rough set to evaluate power grid disasters timely and accurately. The results show that the pension replacement rate is positively related to the actual payment period, and is negatively related to the payment of wages. As long as the one-year deposit rate to remain at around 2.5% level, can achieve a smooth transition, and to maintain a slight upward trend of pension replacement rate. Using panel data model, this paper empirically studies the influence mechanism of RMB internationalization on China’s OFDI. The results show that the level of RMB internationalization has a positive effect on the stock of China’s OFDI to \"The Belt and Road\" countries. China’s import and export trade with host countries significantly contributed to the growth of OFDI. The economic development level of the host country has a significant positive effect on OFDI of Chinese enterprises, while the economic distance between China and the host country and the exchange rate fluctuation of the host country have a negative effect on OFDI. Therefore, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: China should continue to promote and deepen the \"The Belt and Road\" construction, promote the internationalization of RMB and encourage enterprises to invest directly in the emerging markets along the \"The Belt and Road\". In the context of economic globalization and the integration of market economy, the increased correlation between markets leads to the enhancement of risk resonance effect, which leads to the contagion of risks among different markets, among which China is particularly affected by the fluctuation effect of American market risks. In view of this, this paper uses the BEKK-GARCH (1,1) model to explore the risk contagion effect between China and the United States during the period of January 2, 2001 solstice and March 19, 2021. The results show that, first, in the full sample interval, there is a two-way volatility spillover effect between the Chinese market and the American market and there is a Granger causality. The degree of volatility spillover from American to China is more significant. Second, in the four crisis intervals, the volatility spillover effects of China and the US show some characteristics different from those of the full sample interval. During the European debt crisis, there was a positive volatility spillover effect between the two markets, and the spillover degree of systemic risks in China’s market to the US market was more significant. During COVID-19, the US market risks had negative volatility spillover to the Chinese market.
