It is concluded that the innovation efficiency of SIPG will maintain a relatively high level from 2011 to 2024. The average comprehensive innovation efficiency reached 0.92, and the comprehensive innovation efficiency reached the DEA effective in 2011, 2012, 2015 in the historical years. Abstract

With the current deep development of global trade, there are new requirements for port technology innovation and management innovation. The article combines the exponential smoothing method with the DEA model, which analyzes the innovation efficiency of SIPG in the next five years to find out the business strategy. It is concluded that the innovation efficiency of SIPG will maintain a relatively high level from 2011 to 2024. The average comprehensive innovation efficiency reached 0.92, and the comprehensive innovation efficiency reached the DEA effective in 2011, 2012, 2015 in the historical years.
