On the Application of Calligraphy Art in Digital Film and Television Works

Calligraphy, as a classic of Chinese traditional culture, has been widely used in digital film and television works. It will be the future development track of Chinese film and television culture to adhere to the edification of traditional art and calligraphy aesthetics and set up the digital film and television art subject with national characteristics. Taking the innovation of calligraphy culture in the film and television art as the basis, and starting from the specific applications such as cognitions, forms and techniques, this paper explores how the digital film and television works return to the national traditional culture. It aims to make the visual art, cultural connotation and aesthetic spirit of calligraphy fully displayed in the film and television works, and thus to realize the perfect fusion between traditional digital film and television art and international culture.
