As a traditional industrial province in China, Hubei Province has some problems such as low utilization rate of resources, high pollution and low utilization rate of scientific and technological achievements. Based on an in-depth analysis of industrial development in Hubei Province from 2008 to 2019, this paper established an index system of industrial input and output, and applied DEA model to discuss the quality of industrial sustainable development in Hubei Province. The results showed that the industrial development in some years had a low quality with redundant input and insufficient output, and the scale efficiency could be further improved. 摘要

在“十四五”发展新范式下,进一步推动工业可持续发展,推动工业企业全面绿色低碳转型,提高企业质量和效益具有重要意义。湖北省作为中国的传统工业大省,存在着资源利用率低、污染严重、科技成果利用率低等问题。本文在深入分析2008 - 2019年湖北省工业发展的基础上,建立了工业投入产出指标体系,并运用DEA模型对湖北省工业可持续发展质量进行了探讨。结果表明,部分年份的工业发展存在投入冗余、产出不足的低质量问题,规模效率有待进一步提高。最后,从政府宏观调控和工业企业驱动力的角度,对湖北省如何提高工业可持续发展质量提出了多层次的建议。
