Research on Optimization of Use And Management of Anchorage in Yangtze River Estuary Ship’s Routing Scheme

Abstract

Anchorage is an important security facility for the development of port economy. As the first station of vessels entering the Yangtze River, the anchorage safety of vessels in the Yangtze River Estuary is directly related to the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the construction of Shanghai international shipping center. Based on the present situation and characteristics of the use and management of the anchorage in this area, this paper analyzed the resource demand, anchorage capacity and anchorage safety, analyzed the relationship among them. It is found that there are still many defects in the management regulations, dangerous cargo vessels, the traffic flow in the vicinity of the anchorage and the construction of emergency forces in the anchorage area of the Yangtze River Estuary, and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
