This study aims to investigate student needs for skills and academic support that can be provided through a personalized learning system model platform. This study uses a descriptive research design with the sample population being freshmen in 2021 in Malang City. Sampling using random sampling technique with data collection through online questionnaires and analyzed descriptively. The results showed the problems faced by students related to writing scientific papers, academic anxiety, and low self-regulation in learning. Based on these conditions, new students need support and learning skills to achieve academic success. The learning skills needed by students include the ability to overcome academic anxiety, self-regulated learning and writing scientific papers. Students really need a learning support platform in the form of an application based on a personalized learning system. Spam emails usually contain advertisements or criminal acts such as phishing which implicitly contain human emotions in them. It is quite difficult and takes time to differentiate between a large number of spam and ham emails. This problem can be overcome by using deep learning technology. One of which is a neural network that can classify spam emails. This paper uses the spam and ham Enron email corpus dataset. This study will add emotional features in extracting its features. The steps taken include text preprocessing, feature extraction using tf-idf, and lexicon-based emotion features, followed by classification using RNN to detect spam in emails. A comparison with other methods is also provided by comparing the proposed method to Naïve Bayes and Support-Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm based on precision and accuracy. In addition, this study also compares the effect of using affect intensities on the performance of algorithms. The results show that RNN outperforms other methods by showing the highest accuracy 99% and the precision of 99.1%. Throughout the pandemic, the number of people using telemedicine health service applications increased. One of the service providers reported a 200% increase in new users during the pandemic. According to a survey done by KataData, 57% of all respondents believe that the existence of this service benefits them. From the patient's perspective, the main goals of this research are to determine and understand the factors that influence the use of mobile-based telemedicine health service applications in Indonesia. This study used online forms to collect responses from 157 people to evaluate hypotheses based on the UTAUT and Protection Motivation Theory models. The partial least square structural equation modeling method was utilized to process the data (PLS-SEM). Performance Expectancy was determined to be the most powerful element influencing the utilization of mobile-based telemedicine health service applications in this study. The Effort Expectancy and Response Efficacy, which both generated substantial outcomes, are other factors that support the use of the service. This research applied R & D design referring to the steps proposed by Borg and Gall. The subjects of the research were lecturers and students at Elementary School Teacher Education Study Programs in East Java, Indonesia implementing the MBKM curriculum. The need analysis of research used a questionnaire. The validation of the PBL-based web learning model used a rating scale, while the practicality used descriptive and inferential statistics, while the effectiveness is with learning outcomes tests. Effort underestimation may lead to product quality reduction and trust issues. This also applies to Extract Transfer Load (ETL) Big Data projects. This study aims to propose an effort estimation method related to ETL Big Data projects. A literature review was performed to analyze the key aspects affecting effort estimation for ETL Big Data projects. The output of the review was used to carry out a survey with professionals involved in such projects to identify factors and methodologies influential to ETL Big Data effort estimation. The findings from the literature and the survey results were used to propose a method that can be used for effort estimation for ETL Big Data projects. The proposed solution is to implement the current estimation method of an organization and the Constructive Cost Model (COCOMO) II method which are aligned with factors related to ETL Big Data projects. The proposed solution was evaluated using a real case study of a multinational company. The COCOMO II method was found to be slightly better than the manual estimation method currently used. Until now, the development of assessment instruments to assess student attitudes is still limited. Based on the results of interviews with several elementary school teachers in Malang, it is known that an assessment benchmark is needed to assess student attitudes. Therefore, this paper aims to describe the development of an online attitude assessment instrument based on character education in elementary schools that is valid and reliable and can be applied to strengthen blended learning. The research method used is 4D which includes define, design, develop and disseminate. The research instrument uses a questionnaire/questionnaire for material expert validators, evaluation experts, and users. Data analysis using percentage technique. The results showed that the resulting instrument was valid and reliable. The level of material validity is 92.18%, the evaluation validity is 85%, and the level of reliability is high.
