The results showed that the resulting instrument was valid and reliable. The level of material validity is 92.18%, the evaluation validity is 85%, and the level of reliability is high. Abstract

Assessment is one of the main factors to measure the success of learning, including blended learning. Until now, the development of assessment instruments to assess student attitudes is still limited.
