Jakarta Government collaborates with the Department of Population and Civil Registration and the Provincial Health Office to build a COVID-19 vaccination scheduling system to reinforce the vaccination process in Jakarta. The development process involves 3 major stakeholders, so it requires very intense coordination and data exchange. Department of population and civil registration provides population data as vaccination targets. This data has been integrated into the system of the Jakarta Government. However, some other data, such as the location and quota of vaccination from the Provincial Health Office is collected manually using a spreadsheet. Manual exchanging data tends to cause data is often inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, and duplicate. This study aims to measure data quality (DQ) of the COVID-19 vaccination scheduling system in Jakarta. This study uses Total Data Quality Management (TDQM). TDQM provides a common framework to facilitate understanding in data improvisation through data quality management. Measurement and analysis of the data on database of the system using a tool, Talend. The measurement discovers that completeness (null 60.80% and blank 21.36%), validity 92.18%, accuracy 99.11%, and uniqueness 99.38%. Much cloud computing adoption research has already been conducted, but few are specific to its service models. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is the most popular cloud computing model adopted nowadays. This study explores factors that influence SaaS adoption and the theory and framework used to analyze it. After analyzing thirty-one literature, it found there are two perspectives of SaaS adoption individual and organizational. From an individual perspective, the most influential factor is the perceived ease of use, and the most used theory is Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). From the organizational perspective, the framework mainly used is the Technological-Organizational-Environmental (TOE) framework and the most influential factor is top management support. This finding can give a broad outlook for further research on SaaS adoption.","PeriodicalId":123775,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Information Technology and Education (ICIT&E)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124539027","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Every country should have strategic planning and a roadmap regarding how to stop the spread of the virus. One of those is trying to build an application to be an aggregator and a tool supporting other strategic planning. In Indonesia, Ministry of Communication and Informatics (KEMKOMINFO) has the responsibility to build the application to stop the spread of the virus and trace every movement done by the user or people. An official application built by KEMKOMINFO is PeduliLindungi. PeduliLindungi is an application that helps the government in tracking to stop the spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). On the other hand, PeduliLindungi is more complex because it involves many entities. And of course, it will cause a high impact level of Data Integration and Interoperability (DII). So, in this paper researchers will try to get all issues of DII in the PeduliLindungi application and try to analyze the system architecture and subsequently give solution to refactor the architecture used by PeduliLindungi.","PeriodicalId":123775,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Information Technology and Education (ICIT&E)","volume":"129 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125047363","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The rapid development of technology, training activities are also supported by information and communication technology tools. These devices can be used as a recording device, synchronous communication, and also for information sharing. However, so far it is not known how high the effectiveness of the three classifications of tools is in improving the teachers' instructional process and outcome. This study aims to reveal this. This research was conducted in Malang, with a total sample of 59 teachers who were taken through cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression. The results of the initial analysis show that six tools show a significant positive correlation with the quality of the teacher's instructional process and outcomes, namely WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, and Website. The five tools can be classified into two, namely as tools of synchronous communication and information sharing. The results of the further analysis show that of the two classifications, it is the information sharing tool that has a higher effect and significant effect on the quality of the teachers' instructional process and outcomes.","PeriodicalId":123775,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Information Technology and Education (ICIT&E)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127786430","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is an experimental study using a one-group pre-test-post-test design under the pre-experimental category. This study enrolled 60 educators from Preschool education (PAUD) in Malang City. A preliminary test (pre-test) and a final test were employed to collect data (post-test). The following study assessed the data using a two-way ANOVA hypothesis test that included three stages: instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. It is clear from the test results that all data are genuine and reliable and satisfy the traditional assumption criteria. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the peer supports mobile application successfully increases teacher pedagogical competence and that self-efficacy can act as a moderator in the interaction between Pedagogic Competence and generating learning medium. It is advised that PAUD educators be more adaptable in their learning packaging through IT. Meanwhile, self-efficacy can be continuously increased. For example, it is intended that by attending seminars, training, or teacher competency development programs, educators' confidence in their abilities will grow, resulting in better performance standards, which will benefit teacher performance.","PeriodicalId":123775,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Information Technology and Education (ICIT&E)","volume":"541 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125955187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
