The subjects of the research were lecturers and students at Elementary School Teacher Education Study Programs in East Java, Indonesia implementing the MBKM curriculum. The need analysis of research used a questionnaire. The validation of the PBL-based web learning model used a rating scale, while the practicality used descriptive and inferential statistics, while the effectiveness is with learning outcomes tests.
