摘要

本研究旨在1)确定基于数字技术的学校行政人员管理档案的能力水平，2)确定基于数字技术的学校行政人员管理档案的能力差异。本研究位于玛琅县班图尔区国立小学(SDN)。使用的研究方法是定量的。本研究的人口是34所小学的34名学校行政人员，因为人口相对较少，所以本研究是人口研究。使用的数据分析是描述性技术和不同的检验使用配对样本t检验。研究结果表明:1)学校行政人员基于数字技术管理档案的能力水平处于充分范畴;2)学校行政人员基于数字技术管理档案的能力存在显著差异。
