Therefore, several investigations have to be carried out to improve practical applications of the smart metering systems. This paper presents a novel sensing device design for AC measurement systems. The proposed sensing system is firstly designed by means of the computer simulation tools and then the printed circuit board of the designed metering system is implemented. Afterwards, the practical circuit is tested under different conditions. In addition, the proposed system is compared with the previously designed sensing circuit by authors in terms of cost, advantages and disadvantages. In the same time it is also obvious that the critical thinking is encouraged in an appropriate learning environment. The critical thinking functions differently from one person to another and to some people it is even absent. People are creative by nature. This potential must be trained, developed; it is necessary to be conscious of the personal experience & to capitalize it continuously. The present article discusses these issues & tries to find answers to some questions: What should we do in order to have an interesting class? How could we make the student active participants in the knowledge assimilation process? How could the thinking & the brainstorming be stimulated? Could the teaching process lead to great performances for all the students? The promoting of the critic thinking is a tough process & usually avoided by the curricular area in schools & universities. This means that the biometric data processing should optimize the security performance vs. the computational complexity. The security is given by the combination of fingerprint, iris and voice features that define the multimodal pattern of an individual. The measurements were performed with the PVQ measuring and monitoring platform designed by the author. In order to compare transponder broadcasting plans that include television channels with different resolutions, the author introduces the notion of equivalent Standard Definition Television (SDTV) channel. Through the force/power of the written word we always try to rebuild worlds and mirrors of the surrounding reality. The world is invested with an omnipotent force. It can create theories and visions which may change the traditional optics or may destroy false syllogisms. Everything is up to the hand which uses the pen. As far as we are concerned, I tried to make the word a decisive action of the cumulative factors. I started from the human factor, the teacher who interacts permanently with the students. The pedagogical direction comprised next didactic and pedagogical factors specific to the technical profile and especially, specific to the investing of the engineer — teacher with abilities and competences in the field. We haven't written this article to accomplish a purpose. We have written it driven by the desire to show the overflowing wealth of our soul. The souls connected to the ordered reason of the vision of mechanical disciplines didactics animated the word. As a fire, we burn consumed by the desire to help the future engineer — teachers who, just like us, know what it means to love science endlessly. By identification of grammar notations within both texts, the method can analyze a type of the grammatical attribute and differently handle both Thai and English words accordingly based on linguistic knowledge. This method works as a pre-process of a standard co-occurrence alignment, GIZA. An experimental result showed that this method gained 48% higher accuracy result than the widely used conventional alignment. Comparisons with our previous implementations using JAVA indicates good speed-up while using low cost, programming environments based on Python and exploiting GPU's via NUMBAPRO packages from Continuum. Particularly the “just in time” (jit) compiler was found extremely useful. After successfully determining the integrity coefficient in the “first stage analysis on determining the Signal Quality Coefficient in vibro-acoustic domain-waveform integrity analysis” paper a second and deeper analysis is presented. This is a frequency domain analysis and uses an algorithm of evaluating the spectral resemblance between two analyzed vibro-acoustic signals. Spectrum normalization method is used. By accessing the lost or gained information percentage of spectral components for the targeted signal, a Signal Quality Coefficient (SQC) is determined.
