In recent years, development of patient monitoring system has been emerged as an area of research. In this article, a patient monitoring system is proposed. The proposed framework integrated web services with multiple sensors controlled by Arduino Uno. Therefore, the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with Rich Internet Application (RIA) was used in this system. In particular, this system was applied on the four types of sensors necessary to monitor the patient such as electrocardiogram (ECG), body temperature, pulse rate and oxygen in blood (SPO2). It has a simple design, according to the KISS principle. The application is developed using Java language and its main difference comparing with other vocabulary learning software consists in the accent put on the repetition of unknown words. The Independent Component Analysis is applied to extract the most relevant ICA components for which the event related (de)synchronization in the alpha/beta bands is furtherly considered for tracking the effect of the musing on brain activity, using on open access EEG dataset. In the first case study, the simulation of the GMPPT algorithm using perturbed-based extremum seeking control (PESC) scheme based on a band pass filter (named G1PESC scheme), and the GMPPT algorithm using PESC scheme based on two band pass filter (named G2PESCscheme) is performed. The comparative analysis of the two schemes shows that their performances are almost similar: search time of 0.2 seconds and tracking accuracy of 99,9%. It refers to teaching subjects such as Science, History or Geography to students through a foreign language. This can be done by the foreign language teacher using cross curricular content or by the subject teacher using a foreign language as the language of instruction, or by both teachers, teaching in tandem. Both methods result in the simultaneous learning of content and of a foreign language. The present paper is intended to help teachers new to CLIL to start implementing CLIL activities effectively and become comfortable within this new approach, as well as help students better adapt to the CLIL approach. Therefore, converter technologies and maximum power point tracking algorithms are important research topics. In this study, a quadratic boost converter with high conversion ratio is proposed. The proposed quadratic converter not only steps up the PV voltage which is commonly low, it also tracks the maximum power point of the PV system under varying operation conditions. The incremental conductance method is used as maximum power point tracking algorithm. Thus, productivity of the PV system is increased. Actually, the low voltage (LV) distribution networks supply a significant number of nonlinear consumers which causes a distorted and unbalanced state. A negative effect of these states is represented by the increase of power losses in distribution network elements. Even if the symmetrical sinusoidal state is initially considered for the power losses, in reality this often leads to power lines overloading, especially for the neutral. The method for power losses estimation in LV distribution network in harmonic polluted environment is very difficult to use. The aim of this paper is to present a reasonably accurate approach to evaluate the effects of harmonic currents on power losses for LV distribution networks using fuzzy techniques. This paper tests and compares the performance of .NET Framework and .Net Core Framework on a Raspberry Pi running Windows 10 IoT Core operating system. Various classes of these innovations have been selected with various designed healthcare monitoring frameworks. The fetal Electrocardiogram (FECG) imagines the electrical physiological action of a fetal heart; it includes important hints about the health and state of the fetus. In this work the least Mean Square (LMS) based Adaptive Noise Canceling (ANC) approach is utilized to extract the FECG. The proposed system incorporates two primary parts: the first part is the especially data acquisition, which examines significantly the picked lead locales arranged to get and register pregnant women's signals. In addition, the required programming that supposes reading these signs is planned. At that point, the proposed framework processes these signs to get a definitive consequence of FECG. The second part explains the Graphical User Interface (GUI) layout of getting FECG signal. A Graphical User Interface (GUI) utilizing MATLAB (R2011a) to facilitate the occupation of patients (clients) was implementation effectively. The training based on competences has as premise the focus of the teaching on the finalities and on student, assuming the shift in emphasis from the transmission of content to skills training by identifying the learning basic elements and the elements which ensure the student's academic progress; also involves designing and building customized training routes individualized learning. From the perspective of educational approach, stands out the predominant transdisciplinary character of the competence and the close relation between competences and educational content. The curriculum design approach to the operational level, namely the development of learning situations is carried out following the training and development of digital competence through coherent integration of knowledge, skills and attitudes and their proper relationship with cognitive, acting and attitudinal contents transmitted through the curricular areas/disciplines of education contents. The design based on development af digital competences focuses on the active role of students to select alone, or guided, according to their own interests and needs, different topics/contents, and deepen certain contents or to recover any difficulties encountered in learning. It is carried aut the premises of developing an educational trail accessible to all students, respecting individual characteristics, age, cognitive and affective-emotional characteristics. This perspective has the role to facilitate students' independent and effective learning, developing critical — reflective thinking, their organizational skills to their learning and problem solving.
