In recent years, development of patient monitoring system has been emerged as an area of research. In this article, a patient monitoring system is proposed. The proposed framework integrated web services with multiple sensors controlled by Arduino Uno. Therefore, the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with Rich Internet Application (RIA) was used in this system. In particular, this system was applied on the four types of sensors necessary to monitor the patient such as electrocardiogram (ECG), body temperature, pulse rate and oxygen in blood (SPO2).
