This research used CRD Factorial. Factor A consist of 5 treatments A4 = 40% Sago Pulp (SP) + 60% Indigofera Leaves (IL), A3 = 30% SP + 70% IL, A2 = 20% (SP) + 80% (IL), A1 = 10% (SP) + 90%, (IL), A0 = 100% (IL) and Factor B consisting of 2 treatments B1 = 5% Tapioca Flour B2 = 10% Tapioca Flour with 3 replications each. The results showed that the interaction between sago pulp feed ingredients with the addition of indigofera leaves used adhesive material at different levels. The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of phospate fertilization level in the mixed cropping of Bengal Grass on forage production and crude protein content of Bengal Grass. This research have been done in 60 days with experimental design. The research used Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 5 replication. The treatments were arranged as follows P0 = Without Phospate Fertilizer, P1 = Phospate Fertilizer of 50 kg/ha, P2 = Phospate Fertilizer of 100 kg/ha, P3 = Phospate Fertilizer of 150 kg/ha. The results of this research showed that phosphate fertilization had no significant effect on forage production and had significant effect on the crude protein content of Bengal grass. The average value of fresh forage production of Bengal grass was 9,35 – 14,23 g/polybag, dry matter production of Bengal grass was 1,8 – 2,74 g/polybag. The purpose of this research was to determine and obtain the appropriate level of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) from the bioconversion of Hermetia illucens flies highest growth to produce Panicum maximum cv. Mombasa. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 type of treatments consisting of P 0 (Panicum maximum cv. Mombasa without the addition of liquid organic fertilizer), P 1 ( addition of 6.000 L LOF.ha -1 ), P 2 (12.000 L LOF.ha -1 ), P 3 (18.000 L LOF.ha -1 ), P 4 (24. 000 L LOF.ha -1 ), and P 5 (30.000 L LOF.ha -1 ). Each treatments was repeated four times. Parametres were plant height, plant length, stem diameter, and number of tillers. The results of statistical analysis using variance analysis (ANOVA). The research was held at Ruminant Nutrition and Feed Chemistry Laboratory of Animal Husbandry Faculty, Universitas Padjadjaran. The reseacrh used experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and each treatment was repeated five times. The treatments were arranged as follows: T0 (soybean meal + tannin 0%); T1 (soybean meal + tannin 0.5%); T2 (soybean meal + tannin 1%), and T3 (soybean meal + tannin 1.5%). The data were analyzed by Polynomial Orthogonal and Duncan test. The result of the research showed that protein protection of soybean meal with tannin of banana stem liquid decreased ammonia concentration (P<0,05) significanly with equation y=6.267-11,27x+16x2-6.2x3 (R2 =0.803) and increased undegraded dietary protein (P<0,05) with equation y=29.224+17.025x (R2=0.955). The research was conducted using experimental methods. The experiment used a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments, each of which was repeated five times. Based on statistical analysis, it showed that giving coffee husks to a level of 30% in pollard does not have a significant effect on the number of lives of Tribolium castaneum and the weight loss of pollard mixed with coffee husks (P>0,05). This research was conducted in Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Tidar University in July till August 2020. The stages of this research were extracting the peanut shell and the next was Lactobacillus acidophilus inoculation into the extract. The peanut shell extract was put into Erlenmeyer flask and Lactobacillus acidophilus was inoculated into the extract, incubated, and the first data recorded after 24 hours incubation. The fermented extract was kept in room temperature for five days, and the second data were recorded after. The data recorded for 24 hours incubation and five days room temperature storage were pH and Lactobacillus acidophilus colony total. The data collected was analyzed using t-test to find out the differences occurs in 24 hours fermentation and after five days room temperature storage. The results showed that pH and Lactobacillus acidophilus colony total in 24 hours fermentation was significantly different compared to control. Furthermore, the pH and Lactobacillus acidophilus colony total after five days room temperature storage was significantly different compared to pH and Lactobacillus acidophilus colony total of 24 hours fermentation.
