The result of the research showed that protein protection of soybean meal with tannin of banana stem liquid decreased ammonia concentration (P<0,05) significanly with equation y=6.267-11,27x+16x2-6.2x3 (R2 =0.803) and increased undegraded dietary protein (P<0,05) with equation y=29.224+17.025x (R2=0.955). Abstract
