In addition, having a high innovative potential, the organization ensures its independence, financial stability and well-being. The article considers the organization and analysis of innovation activity on the example of a specific enterprise. The system of evaluation of the implementation of the innovative development program is considered, its disadvantages are identified in the form of the lack of interrelations between the target criteria and the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole. Recommendations for improving the mechanism of innovation management in terms of assessing innovation activity are proposed. Changing the organizational structure with the allocation of a special unit to manage the implementation of the innovation program will allow coordinating the actions of employees and ensuring effective interaction to achieve a common goal. The updated system of indicators of innovation activity demonstrates the impact of the results of the implementation of innovative projects on various spheres of activity of the enterprise.","PeriodicalId":114770,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development. A game model of the situation of choosing a strategy for the development of a system of base-level delivery points is constructed, which allows quantifying the usefulness of each of the strategies in accordance with the possible values of the number of orders and the value of the average check. From a mathematical point of view, the constructed game model belongs to the class of games with a generalized player «Nature». A study of the game model of choosing a strategy for the development of the system of order pick-up points of Internet stores based on the use of several criteria used in information situations of complete uncertainty. The obtained results of game modeling have received a meaningful interpretation in terms of the economic situation under consideration. From a methodological point of view, the constructed game model can be used as a new component of the content of applied mathematical training of a graduate of the University of Economics.","PeriodicalId":114770,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development. The degradation of the function of education is the result of methodological errors generated by the Bologna process, for example, the use of a competency-based approach, as well as the use of outdated archaic management principles based on the principles of a command-and-control approach to management. To overcome the degradation trends of the function of forming human capital in the education system, it is necessary to reject the methodological errors generated by the Bologna process, and abandon the outdated archaic principles of command and control management, and the transition to management based on modern approaches. Education quality control should be focused on assessing the human capital that graduates of educational institutions are endowed with, measured by their wages, while educational institutions should be spared from petty reporting and inspections that disorganize the educational process and contribute to the degradation of the main function of education.","PeriodicalId":114770,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development. Procedure and methods: the organizational features of the corporation and the specifics of accounting and analytical business processes are analyzed, the risks of the financial planning system as objects that can be leveled by accounting policy instruments. Results: based on the results of the study, the general principles of the formation of accounting and financial planning systems were identified, accounting tools were proposed that allow to level the risks of financial planning, the expediency of bringing the two systems under study closer in order to improve the quality of information and reduce the cost of accounting and analytical work was justified. Practical significance: proposals are formulated to improve the interaction of the accounting system through the accounting policy of an economic entity with financial planning on the example of the JSC “Russian Railways” corporation, which can be applied in practice not only by the railway corporation, but also by other enterprises and organizations.","PeriodicalId":114770,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development.
