Further enquiry is conducted as to how the institution can be equipped in lieu of the occurrence of such incidents. As there is some kind of ambiguity between Emergency Remote Teaching (ERT), distance learning, and e-learning; the study attempts to provide detailed information about e-learning mechanisms, dimensions, and strategies. Furthermore, it links them with emergency remote teaching (ERT) to give a clearer picture of the possible transition strategies to ERT. The focus is on presenting a discursive analysis of the best practices that need to be considered when transitioning to ERT and highlighting the challenges and risks that one may face during the switching process. Babel \"Konarmiya\", addressed to the events of the distant past-the revolution and the civil war in Russia in 1917-1922. The collection consists of 36 stories, each of which has its own plot and plot basis. The theoretical aspect of studying this literary phenomenon is connected with the need to take into account the super-genre nature of the author's collected collection. The practical aspect is related to the definition of methods and techniques for analyzing the work, determined by the competence approach. The relevance of the research is related to the identification of such structures of the collection, which indicate the artistic unity and integrity of this education. The architectonic discourse allowed us to examine the units of the collection in terms of the role of stories that are in a strong position of the text - the beginning and the end. Moreover, both levels are interconnected and interdependent, since changes in one of them are necessarily on the other. An important role is given to the value of the context in the processes under study. Recognizing the symbolic nature of the language as an exponent of the linguistic picture of the world of its speakers, the authors analyze the reasons for the convergence and divergence of meanings at different time intervals of both the same word and the same root different affix lexemes. The material for the study was the verbs of the lexico-semantic group «Verbs of placing an object anywhere as a result of a certain action», taken in the same context from the lists of the biographies of the Russian saints Boris and Gleb, created at different times and subsequently translated from Old Russian into modern Russian tongue. The main criterion for the selection of linguistic material was the principle of interchangeability of lexemes in the same contexts, since in relation to diachronic synonymy it is fundamental and objectively reflects the linguistic situation of the linguistic period under consideration. In the course of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that the development of synonymous relations between the analyzed verbs «обертеть», «увертеть» and «ввертеть» influenced by the grammatical characteristics of lexemes and their lexical meaning associated with contextual use. The research of mythological and religious ideas about the unreal world which is specific to speakers of two languages has been taken to study in ethnography, folkloristics and culturology. At the same time, the linguistic study of this phenomenon was sporadic, both in the conceptology and in comparison of multi-structural languages. The above-mentioned determines the relevance of this srudy, which attempts to define the nature of the concepts of \"angel\" as a subject of the unreal world, which are peculiar to native speakers of Russian and English. The lexeme αγγeλος was borrowed by the Old Russian and Old English languages areas as part of the cult vocabulary. Originally, the functioning of the mentioned lexeme in both languages was limited to the Holy Scripture, in the texts of which this lexical unit was used in two main meanings: ангел 1 / angel 1 ‘according to religious ideas, a supernatural disembodied creature, a good spirit’ and ангел 2 / angel 2’according to religious ideas, a supernatural disembodied creature, an evil spirit'. These lexical-semantic variants are an example of a quite rare linguistic phenomenon of enantiosemy – a type of antonymy, when as the antonyms act not separate lexical units, but lexical-semantic variants of the same word. The lexical compatibility of these lexical-semantic variants contributes to their distinction in the texts of Holy Scripture. In addition, in the Russian texts of the Holy Scripture, the lexeme angel has another lexical-semantic variant, which serves to denote John the Baptist. Further based on values of the lexemes ангел 1 / angel 1 the new lexical-semantic variants were developed in both languages. They were semantically identical and differentiated in meaning. The structural comparison of the intra-word semantic paradigm of the lexemes ангел / angel clearly illustrates the thesis that the measure of polysemy of the same word is distinct in different languages. In addition, the requirements for research and publication activity are constantly increasing, and we often encounter the concentration of teachers' attention on a scientific orientation. As a result these teachers sometimes neglect the very process of teaching students, which leads to the loss of the importance of the pedagogical component of the educational process. The overall nature of the problem lies in the importance of teaching in universities, where teaching is considered a priority activity comparable to science and research. Therefore, in our environment, we can observe a gradually increasing offer of programs to strengthen the pedagogical competencies of teachers. In this article, we decided to focus on the pedagogical component of the educational process of teachers of higher educational institutions of the Chuvash Republic and their participation in the educational program. Purpose of the study: analyze how university teachers perceive and evaluate their pedagogical competencies, that is, how university teachers perceive themselves as a teacher and at the same time how they evaluate professional development programs that are focused on systematic improvement of the level of pedagogical competencies. The research problem lies in the dilemma between the pedagogical development of university teachers (participation in professional development programs) and the concentration on the research component of teaching. The central point of this entire study is the perception of their own pedagogical development by the university teachers themselves and the assessment of the quality of professional development programs. We chose to conduct detailed interviews with 25 teachers from the Chuvash State University of the Chuvash Republic as the central method for data collection. The respondents perceive other university professors not only as scientific experts in their discipline, but also as teachers capable of providing high-quality teaching. At the same time, none of the respondents called themselves a scientific expert in their field. All respondents would like to reduce the scientific component in their pedagogical work, leaving it for some specialized scientific centers. Also, all respondents would like to pay more attention to the very pedagogical process of teaching students - transferring knowledge, communicating with students or teaching students logical thinking, and forming high-quality professional competencies in their pupils. They also pointed out that attempting to save time in the learning process of students forms a \"time bomb”, which will further negatively affect the socio-cultural development of society. Yakovlev's publications and the activities of his school of ethnic journalism on a systematic level. It is noted that the literature about I. Ya. Yakovlev, both scientific and fiction, is extensive, but not all aspects of the multifaceted activities of the patriarch of the Chuvash culture have been fully investigated. Special attention is paid to the active publishing and translation activities of I.Ya. Yakovlev. The work analyzes the activities of the Simbirsk Chuvash school. The authors analyzed the activity of Simbirsk Chuvash school graduates who later worked in the editorial offices of newspapers and magazines. The authors conclude that the traditions of the Yakovlev's school in the Chuvash journalism have been preserved until now. I.Ya. Yakovlev's pedagogical and creative heritage has a great influence on the development of all aspects of the spiritual culture of the Chuvash people, in particular, on the formation of professional journalism. The activity of the branch of the Journalism Department at the Union of Journalists of Chuvashia, the work of students in creative studios under the guidance of the leading representatives of radio channels and TV studios, chief editors of the republic' printing editions is noted. Based on the literature analysis on the problem of personal professionalization, data from the social networks analysis, the research hypothesis can be determined as follows: sociological survey of students for subscribing to personal accounts in social networks (for example, the social network “VKontakte”) to professional communities and / or personal (personal) webpages of professionals in a certain field involves professionalization, professional development, involvement in the field of subsequent professional activities. The objectives of the research are: firstly, based on the theoretical analysis of foreign and domestic literature, to identify the factors of the individual professionalization; secondly, to identify the possibilities of social networks (for example, the social network “Vkontakte”) in professionalization; thirdly, to conduct a sociological survey of students for subscribing to social networks (for example, the social network “Vkontakte”) to professional communities and/or personal webpages of professionals in a certain field; fourthly, to the opportunities of mass communication with the maximum effect for itself. Basing on the research, we can note that a small part of students are aware of the importance of professional self-presentation in social networks, and the following can be recommended for more effective inclusion of students. Firstly, within the framework of career guidance, teachers need to conduct explanatory work aimed at acquainting students with the most popular specialties and areas of employment on the labor market at present time, as well as with the main requirements (not only professional, but also moral and ethical, image, etc.) imposed by employers on potential applicants. Secondly, University teachers should warn students against rash imitation of modern opinion leaders, teach young people to carefully analyze the truth of the information broadcast by them and carefully check the accuracy of the information received from bloggers. Thirdly, within the disciplines “Personal Career Management”, “Management and Career Planning in the Socio-Cultural Sphere”, you can apply the project method in the creative task “Building a personal brand in social networks”, which will allow students to expand their skills in searching for professional information in the virtual space.
