The introduction of contemporary teaching methods, their compilation with the classical methodology allows us to form an effective link between such classic subjects of engineering specialties as higher mathematics and theoretical mechanics studied at the machine building faculty of I.N.Ulyanov Chuvash State University. The article considers ways to introduce interdisciplinary communication in the educational process on the example of such basic subjects as \"Mathematics\" and \"Theoretical mechanics\". After studying this subject students should be able to use the acquired fundamental knowledge in their future professional activities. In addition, students should have the ability to determine general forms and patterns in linear algebra issues. An important role in the process of training specialists is played by the ability to mathematically correctly set science or economic problems, for this it is necessary to have a good understanding of the statements of classical mathematical problems in general. With a high-quality assimilation of the material and a sufficiently good ability to apply it in the required situation, students of technical specialties can plan and carry out pedagogical activities in the future, taking into account the specifics of the subject area in educational organizations. After studying at the university, specialists should be focused on both theoretical and applied activities. The increased requirements for the quality of graduate training are applied to both economic and technical specialties. In this regard, the modular approach to teaching the subject is gaining weight. The ability to develop modules of the same subject that are different in content and complexity for different specialties is of key importance in the training of technical and economic students. Students can immediately work out the practical application of the studied material on examples from their particular specialty, paying sufficient attention to the analysis of various specific nuances without spending too much time on analyzing general examples. The article deals with the issues related to teaching of \"Linear algebra\" to students of economic and technical specialties of the Chuvash State University, the similarities and differences in the presentation of the material. The development of critical thinking skills and learning outcomes are also influenced by self-efficacy. Studies show that the students' critical thinking skills and learning outcomes have not been maximized due to low in students' self-efficacy. Therefore, the innovation in learning process is needed to tackle these problems. This study aims to determine whether the application of relating, experiencing, applying, cooperating, transferring (REACT) strategies combined with constructivism-based modules can improve the students' critical thinking skills, learning outcomes and self-efficacy. This study employed the experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research subjects were 105 students who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group which consist of 54 students and the control group consist of 51 students. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year at Nagan Raya High School, Aceh, Indonesia. The parameters which measured here are the critical thinking skills, the learning outcomes and self-efficacy. Data on critical thinking skills and learning outcomes were analyzed using parametric statistical tests, and data for self-efficacy were analyzed using interval successive method (MSI). Data for the correlation among students' self-efficacy, critical thinking skills and learning outcomes were analyzed through correlation and regression analysis. The results indicate that the application of the REACT strategy combined with constructivism-based modules can improve students' critical thinking skills, learning outcomes and self-efficacy. The main aspect on which the conclusions of the study are based is ethnopedagogical one. The authors study the cult images of the ancient Turkic era in their application to the verbal culture of the Chuvash people and the possibility of using archetypal representations in pedagogical practice. Samples of Turkic peoples’ oral folk literature, mainly of the Chuvashes, as well as texts written in the Orkhon-Yenisei runic tradition were used as the research material. The authors turn to methods of comparative analysis of the studied material. The worship of the sky and the female deity is quite well known in ancient Turkic culture. Traces of respect for them are found even in runic monuments. Their direct analogs are found in Chuvash legends, fairy tales and songs. The mention of the goddess Ama ‘mother’ is most often found in prayers. Her image of the Chuvash was also compared to the image of fire, naming the goddess Vut ama ‘Fire mother’. The Chuvash people also preserved the veneration of land and water, which is observed in mythology, religious rites and cultic literature. These images are one of the central elements in the value picture of the Chuvash people’s world. They are used in the system of preschool and primary education for teaching and educational purposes. From this work authors’ point of view, mythological representations are essentially an ancient layer that unites the Chuvash with other Turks and at the same time gives an original sound to modern Chuvash culture. The transformation of the ancient Turkic worldview into artistic images should be considered as a deep specificity that emphasizes the unique features of the Chuvash ethnos. Thus, especially revered phenomena among the ancient Turks are the sky and the female deity. Their veneration was clothed in expressive forms. The object of the research is proverbs with a phytonym component (with the names of trees and plants and their fruits). The relevance of this study is justified by the fact that the study and comparison of linguistic world-image of different peoples is a developing direction in linguistics because the worldview and attitude of the people, their own version of the image of the world are fixed in the semantics of words. The aim of the research is to analyze the proverbs with names of plants of the Russian and Chinese languages and to describe the features of the Russian and Chinese linguistic world-image through the prism of linguocultural studies. Since plants have been present in the life of any nation since antiquity and are an integral part of human life, it is not surprising that phytonyms are often found in phraseological units, in particular, proverbs. Phytonym components have an extremely wide associative potential, vividly reflect the peculiarities of national consciousness and the specifics of the linguistic world-image of the people as a whole; they can be international and nationally specific. The research showed that in the Russian and Chinese languages, proverbs containing components of plant names can be divided into 3 groups: 1) proverbs with a tree component (fruit and non-fruit); 2) proverbs with a cultivated plant component; 3) proverbs with an uncultivated (wild) plant component. The analysis showed that in the Russian and Chinese languages the absolute majority belongs to proverbs with a tree component, both fruit and non-fruit. The study also revealed that from a semantic point of view, a significant number of proverbs with components of plant names describe a person's character, his external and physical data, moral qualities. Several studies show that students have low motivation and learning outcomes. It is necessary to improve the learning model to overcome this problem. One of the efforts that can be taken is the application of the Chat Room-based Blended Learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Chat Room-based Blended Learning model on student motivation and learning outcomes in the human respiratory system material. This is a Quasi-Experimental design with a Pretest-Posttest Non-Equivalent Control Group Design model. The research subjects were 68 students who were divided into two groups (experimental and control) where each group consisted of 34 students. The experimental group used the Chat Room-based Blended Learning model, while the control group learning was carried out using the Blended Learning model. This research was conducted at a high school in Meulaboh, West Aceh Regency, Indonesia. This research was conducted for two months (January-February 2020). The data collection parameters in this study were the learning outcomes and student motivation. Data collection was carried out through pretest and posttest. The test for differences in learning motivation and learning outcomes was analyzed using parametric statistics, namely the ANACOVA test. The results showed that the application of the chat room-based blended learning model had a positive contribution to increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. Therefore, the study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs provided by the Human Resources Department at the Ministry of Labor to faculty members in light of its objectives, according to the Hammond model, and also to find out the statistically significant differences towards the training, according to the variables: the gender, Technical colleges, and trainees' years of experience. The study adopted the descriptive / evaluation approach. The study population consisted of (338) faculty members at the technical colleges, a random sample consisted of (170) members. The researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (39) statements divided into four axes. The study findings were: The training programs for faculty members have achieved the objectives with a moderate degree, where the arithmetic mean of the tool’s axes as a whole is (3.18). The aim of the study is: To investigate the phenomena of nature in Omani poetry, and its effect on poetic emotion and artistic depiction on the poem's systems among Omanis. Through the descriptive and analytical approach, in collecting data from sources and documents and discussing them scientifically, the study reached the following results: The intimate link between Omani poetry and Arabic poetry does not break; there is no phenomenon in Arabic poetry except it is present in Omani poetry, including the phenomenon of nature. Omani poetry has accurately portrayed nature. This made the poet’s sincerity and passion so strong that you can hardly see it in all Omani poems. The study population is all grade 11 male and female students in the public schools in South Batinah, which are (8592) students. And the sample was (383) students, according to Gracie and Morgan's (1970) table. To achieve the study goals, the researcher uses the correlative methodology, designed a questionnaire consisting of (30) statements distributed in six axes., and another questionnaire of (20) statements that used for the attitude measurement. The study findings showed that the Islamic education teachers’ humanitarian practices in the educational learning process were high (4.09) and that the students' attitudes were high. The student is exposed to many challenges that may negatively affect his academic achievement, including the psychological resulting from the conditions of social and family upbringing, and university attitudes represented by the faculty and the university environment. So, the research aims, Discussing the academic challenges facing students, and the role of social support sources from family, friends, mentors, and colleagues in alleviating them. The analytical descriptive approach was adopted, and the relational descriptive methodology represented the research community, so the College of Law's students were (483) male and female students, the sample amounted to (48) male and female students. The researcher designed two questionnaires, the first for academic challenges, consisting of (27) statements distributed over three axes, and the second for social support means of (35) statements distributed on four axes. Descriptive statistical approach and multiple linear regression analysis were adopted. The research reached the following results: Students face several challenges. Related to the professor, related to the academic courses, and those pertaining to the student. Social support sources are of particular importance in mitigating challenges and contributing to the student's sense of psychological stability that increases the level of academic achievement.
