The problem lies in the development of semantics, the breadth of its interests, the multiplicity of its mechanisms and the diversity of its discussions, until it has become an approach that deals with texts through study and analysis, to probe its depths and decipher its closures. Therefore, researchers differed in semantics in terms of their view of meaning, and this difference resulted in the emergence of several approaches and theories in the studies of meaning. The study aims to diagnose the semantic fields in Al-salmi’s Poetry, and to present the ideas and topics. The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach in tracing the techniques of the semantic approach. the study came in four sections, first: Definition of Imam Salmi. The second: the definition of his poem. Then the semantic level in this poetry, and finally: the semantic fields. The study reached several findings: Imam al-Salmi's circumstances did not discourage him from gaining knowledge and taking from scholars, for he lost his eyesight when he was twelve years old, and in spite of that he was moving between parts of Oman to obtain knowledge and sit with scholars. His poetry included a variety of topics, most notably: the significance of science and the effects of ignorance, loyalty and innocence and its divisions, repentance and the consequences of the penitent person, the use of semantic fields provided a clear vision of the ideas and issues that revealed the concerns of the Imam and his repeated attempts in Alert people to get back on the right path.","PeriodicalId":112620,"journal":{"name":"IJASOS- International E-journal of Advances in Social Sciences","volume":"87 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134009576","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The researcher prepared a measure of psychological burnout, after referring to the literature and some measures of psychological burnout, including the Maslash scale of psychological combustion, which was adopted by many studies. A psychological stress scale was also developed, where the researcher reviewed the teachers ’psychological stress scale (1989). The researcher used the descriptive \"relational\" approach. The research sample consisted of (200) male and female teachers distributed in (10) schools for males and females. The study concluded the following results: There is a correlation between occupational stress and the total dimensions of burnout at the level of (0.01). The study also found that there is no statistically significant relationship between occupational stress and job performance. Also, there is no statistically significant relationship between burnout in its four dimensions and the job performance of the teacher. It also became clear through the study that there is no statistically significant relationship between the physical dimensions of combustion and the job performance. The study also found that there were no differences between male and female teachers with regard to total burnout. Despite that, there is a difference between the two averages, which suggests that there are differences in males that they are less burning than females.","PeriodicalId":112620,"journal":{"name":"IJASOS- International E-journal of Advances in Social Sciences","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130562466","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem arose that poets use colors according to their perceptions because of their suggestive and original value in building the poetic image, so the poet depends in use of color on specific colors in order, according to the strength of its appearance. In most cases, we find that the color is not mentioned in what was described to it, but rather reveals the poet’s feeling. Being a source of vitality, activity, comfort and reassurance, and a symbol of different feelings of sadness and pleasure. The objectives of the study: To show the rooting of color in Arab poetry, in the past and present. Keep track of color tones and attributes. Then a discussion and analysis of the implications of the use of color in Omani poetry. Through the descriptive and analytical approach, the study reached the following results: Arab poets, in the past and present, knew colors and used them in their poetry, but their knowledge of color was limited in the ancient era, but recently colors have spread to all aspects of our contemporary life, and it has turned into a means of seduction and excitement, and into A suggestive language that expresses itself with its symbols, and its connotations that vary according to the different colors and their effects, and Omani poets have distinguished themselves in employing colors in their poetry better than others, and examples of this are what we found in the poetry of Al-Khalili, Hilal bin Saeed Al-Omani, Jumah Al-Hanjri, Al-Tai, and others","PeriodicalId":112620,"journal":{"name":"IJASOS- International E-journal of Advances in Social Sciences","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126998351","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Algeria is a foreign language context, and this hinders learners in mastering the Turkish language in a short time ( 6 months). Moreover, other problems caused by poor instructional planning contribute to this process negatively. With these potential hindrances, the present study aims to seek what other challenges incapacitate intensive courses teaching/learning of Turkish conducted with 80 students between 23 and65 years old. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview. Results show that poor institutional planning is the leading cause of challenges experienced by Turkish native teachers. Besides this, instructional and socio-cultural/economic problems are the other challenges for teaching Turkish. Therefore, the utilization of visual and audial tools is useful in concretizing the learning process. Efforts to adapt some tools developed by the technology of our day to the class environment have become of greater importance. Simultaneously, the increase in the number of approaches to develop students’ skills of communication and cross-cultural interaction is an indicator that audial and written tools are essential for foreign language teaching.
