For the analysis procedure of this work, the SWOT Matrix tool was applied, focusing on the criteria of "strength", "weakness", "threat" and "opportunity". Based on the results found in the research, it was possible to conclude that Brazil has significant chances of growth for this sector of the economy, but it will only be able to sustain itself in this market when efficiency is also part of the decision-making process. Based on the SWOT Matrix, it was observed that the “strength” of the country in this segment is concentrated, in general, in the significant available agricultural production areas and in the hegemonic technologies existing at the national level. In the field of “weakness”, it was observed that the concentration of technologies in a certain group of rural producers reduces the diversification of production technologies, which may represent a loss of competitiveness in certain market niches, mainly in those more demanding sectors. In addition, high production costs were also perceived as a “weakness” that impacts the country's competitive power. The “opportunities”, on the other hand, are more linked to the growing global demand for food, placing Brazil at the forefront of food on the planet. The “threats”, in turn, observed in this study are linked to food safety and more demanding production criteria in competitive markets, which impose, in the Brazilian reality, the need to adopt a strategic vision and greater investments in science and technology, aiming to improve the development, in the national territory, of technologies more adapted to the realities of different biomes, such as the Amazonian biome. \u0000Keywords: Effectiveness, Efficiency, Livestock, Cattle, Brazil.

There have been numerous adaptations and teaching strategies implemented in the teaching system in order to continue providing effective and efficient services to learners. In the midst of a pandemic, teachers' adaptation and teaching practices is deemed necessary to assessed. The study centered towards the adaptation and teaching practices of the teachers amidst pandemic. It sought to find answers to: (a) the extent of the teachers’ adaptation on learning modalities, resources, and delivery; (b) the extent of the teaching practices of teachers when analyzed into distribution and retrieval of modules and monitoring and learning assessment; and (c) the relationship between the adaptation and practices of the teaches. Descriptive- correlational method of research was adopted and the respondents of this study were the 71 teachers of selected public elementary school. Mean and Pearson Product Moment were used in analyzing the data. It was concluded that Despite rapid changes in teaching practices, teachers adapt and acclimate to the new learning delivery of the printed modular modality implementation. In the event of a pandemic, teachers will be able to motivate students. Learning assessments are an important part of the educational process. Hearing other people's perspectives and feedback on the assessment results is extremely beneficial to both parents and students. Assessments benefit both students and parents because they provide motivation. Teachers can also observe and provide specific interventions based on the needs of the students.

Prophylactic isolation measures, adopted globally, have discontinued face-to-face teaching and precipitated distance learning. This reality highlighted the importance of online courses as creative initiatives to overcome space and time constraints in a limited pedagogical context.\u0000It was in this scope that the Project "Exploration of online methodologies in the development of competencies in the audiovisual area" emerged, proposing the creation of a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) in the audiovisual area (from the idea to the final product) and the development of the online platform LOOP for the implementation and availability of this and other courses held afterward.\u0000The project involves three Portuguese higher education institutions and one Spanish one, motivated to develop innovative proposals, both in research and education. Moreover, this network presents a diversity of training in degree courses, master's, and technological specialization programs, which allows us privileged contact with the students and helps us establish priorities and needs.\u0000This paper focuses on the survey and analysis, at the national and international level, of MOOCs dedicated to the themes of audiovisual production to expose parameters of both organizational and content scope. The methodological approach will be divided into two phases: a) identification of the criteria for analyzing courses through the literature review; b) and selection of the courses to be analyzed. This selection will be conducted through a database search, identifying the keywords in Portuguese, English, and Spanish: audiovisual online course; audiovisual free course; filmmaking course; scriptwriting course; video editing course; and other derivations. It is hoped to present a set of guidelines for developing the course related to the organization and the content.

Students with disabilities are at high risk of unemployment and a high percentage of those who work are employed in low-paid jobs. Employment is vital for them not only for a dignified life, but also for active participation in the community. In general, they face several limitations when trying to find or maintain a job they already have. It is a common belief that people with disabilities are not able to work, except perhaps in separate and Sheltered work environments (sheltered employment) where they will be safe enough. Such negative attitudes affect decisively their success or failure to secure a job or maintain an existing one. Sheltered employment has been at the core of the vocational training and employment system for young people with significant intellectual disabilities throughout the twentieth century, and most of them continue to work within isolated and Sheltered areas. According to our literature review the emergence of supported forms of employment has brought forward a real alternative, especially for students with intellectual disabilities. Unlike the sheltered and segregated forms of employment, supported employment enables paid employment, within the community, under conditions of continuous support, and has proven to be more effective over time. Based on the concept of self-determination it emphasizes personal strengths, goals and choices and the important role of the community for the improvement and development of the disabled individual.

As newly converted university, providing great services and offering programs that are relevant to societal needs is expected. It is deemed necessary to conduct a status assessment of the current condition of the university in order to determine where it can improve instruction and physical plant development. The study aims to provide information about the following: (a) curricular offerings of the university; (b) demographic profiles of the student population, faculty education qualifications, non-teaching employees, and teaching and non-teaching employees; and (c) physical facility and location characteristics. The data collection methods used involved largely a documentary review. These documents were system generated data of students, data of Faculty from the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) and from Planning office and inventories. Data were analyzed using frequency and percentage. It was concluded that Resources, like physical, human, financial and others, are essential for the success of any school system. Provisions of material resources such as school buildings and facilities for staff and students can attain the best performance in the teaching and learning process.
