Доказывается, что для декодирования содержания выявление структурно-семантической организации таких лозунгов не позволяет восстановить полный смысловой объем высказывания. Обосновывается возможность анализа отдельного типа лозунговых высказываний с помощью метода фрейма. В работе используется концепция фреймовой модели представления знаний, предложенная М. Минским. Устанавливается, что для анализа таких лозунгов необходимо учитывать не только лексическое значение слов в составе высказывания, но и привлекать знания экстралингвистического характера. В результате исследования обнаруживается, что лозунги данной модели демонстрируют общее свойство, характерное для лозунгов различной структурной организации: в краткой форме выражать идею, предъявляя адресату самые репрезентативные единицы, а остальную информацию помещать «за кадр» с учетом того, что адресат легко восстановит скрытый смысл высказывания.\u0000 The article considers slogans in the form of semantic convolutions. It is proved that in order to decode the content of revealing the structural and semantic organization of such slogans, it does not allow restoring the full semantic meaning of the statement. To examine such slogans is possible with the help of frame analysis. In this work, the concept of a frame model of knowledge representation proposed by M. Minsky is used. While analyzing such slogans, it is necessary to take into consideration not only the lexical meaning of words in the utterance, but also extralinguistic factors. As a result, it is found that the slogans of this model demonstrate a general trend characteristic of slogans of any type. They express the idea as briefly as possible, putting only the most representative units in focus and leaving the rest of the information “behind the scenes”, given the fact that the addressee can easily restore the hidden meaning of the statement. Анализ данных средств позволяет определить место концепта в общей системе политических концептов, выявить его структуру. Материалом исследования послужили тексты обращений Президента Российской Федерации В. В. Путина к гражданам после начала специальной военной операции по защите ЛНР и ДНР. Исследованы лексико- фразеологические, грамматические средства репрезентации концептуальных признаков «свой» и «чужой», описаны средства выражения семантической оппозиции (эксплицитные и имплицитные).\u0000 In the article, the author considers representation means of the basic political concept “friend/foe” in its particular current meaning “Russia/other countries”. The analysis of these means allows defining a place of a concept in the general system of political concepts and revealing its structure. The research is based on the addresses of the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin to the citizens after the beginning of a special military operation to protect LNR and DNR. Обосновывается концепция о том, что, происходящие структурные и технологические изменения требуют от работников обновленных навыков, компетенций и знаний. Следовательно, это повлечет пересмотр структуры среднего профессионального образования. Авторы акцентируют внимание на вовлечении отраслей (предприятий) в партнерское управление и функционирование профессиональных образовательных организаций, которое повлияет на качество подготовки выпускников СПО, а также изменит набор навыков и компетенций будущего специалиста. Авторы приходят к выводу, что реализация федеральной программы «Профессионалитет», нацеленная на формирование профессиональных компетенций, внесет качественные изменения в структурную систему СПО.\u0000 This article discusses the problem of determining the relevant and in-demand skills of graduates in secondary vocational institutions. The authors emphasize that structural and technological changes taking place in the Russian labor market require an updated set of skills, competencies and knowledge from employees, which entails a revision in secondary vocational education. The authors focus on the involvement of industries (enterprises) in partner management and functioning of professional educational organizations, which will contribute to the quality of graduates’ training at vocational schools, changes the skills and competencies of the future specialist. Рассмотрены программные средства, которые возможно использовать для создания интерактивных учебных материалов, приведены критерии их выбора и обоснован выбор наиболее подходящих для создания интерактивных учебных материалов. Уточнена общепедагогическая составляющая профессиональной педагогической ИКТ-компетентности, определяющая готовность педагога к созданию и применению интерактивных учебных материалов. Приведен опрос для самостоятельной оценки уровня готовности к созданию и применению интерактивных учебных материалов.\u0000 The article focuses on the problem of assessing the teacher’s readiness to work with interactive learning materials. The authors define the concept of \"interactive learning material\" and describe the types of interactive learning materials. The software tools that can be applied to develop interactive learning materials are considered, the criteria for their selection are provided, and the choice of the most suitable ones for developing interactive learning materials is substantiated. The authors also clarify general pedagogical component of professional pedagogical ICT competence, which determines the teacher’s readiness to develop and use interactive learning materials. Бродского, особого автожанра, смоделированного поэтом и раз- рабатываемого им на протяжении всего творчества. На основе теоретических разработок классиков отечественного литературоведения осуществлена попытка дефинировать «большие стихотворения» и определить их квалификационные черты. К базовой жанровой триаде М. Бахтина (тема, композиция, стиль) добавлен признак нарративных стратегий текста и установлено, что среди конститутивных признаков «больших стихотворений» оказываются философичность тематического поля, композиционная неустойчивость и ритмико- строфическая подвижность, надсюжетная фабульность и тенденция к повествовательности, опосредованные я-персонажной системой, комбинированными формами перволичной нарра- ции.\u0000 For the first time, the article systematically examines the genre features of the so-called “big poems” by J. Brodsky, a special autogenre modeled by the poet and developed by him throughout his work. Based on the classics’ theoretical developments of Russian literary studies, an attempt has been made to define “big poems” and determine their qualification features. To the basic genre triad of M.
