Emotional labour was measured using the Korean Emotional Labour Scale-11, and participants were classified into high- and low-risk groups. CVD risk factors assessed included smoking, alcohol consumption, exercise, sleep duration, obesity, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and dyslipidaemia. Generalised estimating equation models were used to analyse the associations.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>High-risk emotional labour was significantly associated with increased odds of smoking, lack of exercise, and insufficient sleep. Mental health conditions were assessed using the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale. Participants were classified into the two groups based on the frequency of breaking up prolonged sitting: high-frequency (standing at least once every 60 minutes) and low-frequency (intervals between standing exceeding 60 minutes or prolonged sitting) groups. Activity was classified into sedentary, standing, light-intensity physical activity (LIPA), and moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA). Linear mixed models and compositional data analysis were employed to assess behavioural time allocation.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Forty-nine participants (shift = 33, non-shift = 16) completed the study. Supervisor behaviors were grouped by combinations of informing and practicing. Associations with psychological distress, work engagement, and self-rated health were analyzed using multivariable regression.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Practicing alone was consistently associated with better outcomes, while informing alone showed limited effects. The combination of both yielded the most favorable outcomes (psychological distress: β = -0.78, work engagement: β = 1.70, self-rated health: β = 0.49) and demonstrated a significant interaction effect.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Supervisors who both inform and practice are associated with better employee health. Ordinal logistic regression models were developed for intent to leave.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Most operators were bus drivers. Higher perceived risk was significantly positively associated with greater intent to leave; stress and job satisfaction attenuated this relationship. There is no quality evidence of efficacy for treatment of common and typical work-related disorders such as back pain, chronic radiculopathy, neuropathic pain, and other acute or chronic pain disorders. There also is no quality evidence for perioperative use. There are many adverse effects, including cancers, cardiovascular diseases, psychotic disorders, and safety risks. There is rising concern cannabis may cause schizophrenia.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Cannabis is not recommended for treatment of typical potentially work-related conditions.
