This study aims to determine the factors that influence poverty and how to alleviate it with the local wisdom. The method of collecting data used primary data and secondary data. This primary data was collected directly from the field obtained from observation and interview to key informant while secondary data used journals and internet sites related to the selected topic related to poverty, poverty alleviation. Vatisa Family is one of the banana processing producers in Bojonegoro Regency that producers ledre products. Ledre is a typical Bojonegoro snack in the form of thin rolls like roll cakes and the main raw material is plantains. This study aims to determine the process of processing plantains into ledre and determine the value added from processing bananas into ledre at UD. Vatisa Family Calculation of added value can be known by using the hayami method. The research results show that UD. Vatisa Family gets an added value Rp. 64,064/Kg with an value added ratio of 46,71%. This ratio is included in the high ratio category because it is >40%. The profit margin earned is Rp. 127,143/Kg and used for labor, capital, and profits business owners. Suggestions for UD. Sapi madura mempunyai nilai sosial budaya yang tinggi sehingga dijadikan sapi karapan dan kontes sapi sonok. Kecamatan Pasongsongan salah satu sentra penghasil ternak sapi sonok dan disebut dengan istilah Lu Ganteng Pa yaitu wilayah sentra pembibitan sapi unggul Madura oleh Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan (DKKP). Desa Panaongan merupakan salah satu penghasil ternak sapi sonok terbanyak di Kecamatan Pasongsongan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik peternak, budidaya sapi sonok dan kelayakan finansial usaha sapi sonok di Desa Panaongan. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus) sebanyak 20 peternak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis kelayakan ditinjau dari nilai R/C Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas peternak di Desa Panaongan berada pada tingkat umur produktif, tingkat pendidikan SD, dan memiliki pengalaman 5-14 tahun. Budidaya yang dilakukan masih tergolong tradisional. Usaha sapi sonok di Desa Panaongan tidak mengalami keuntungan maupun kerugian disebabkan karena penerimaan yang diterima oleh peternak sama dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan. One of the vannamei shrimp farming business actors in Bangkalan is PT. Ebrar Cahaya Utama. The problems faced include fluctuating shrimp yields, fluctuating shrimp selling prices, and shrimp feed prices that tend to rise. This study aims to (1) identify internal and external factors at PT. Ebrar Cahaya Utama, (2) formulating alternative development strategies based on SWOT analysis, (3) determining strategic priorities based on QSPM analysis. The method used is SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis. The results of the IFAS matrix analysis show that the highest score for strength lies in a strategic business location. The biggest weakness lies in the lack of ability to overcome shrimp diseases. The results of the EFAS matrix analysis show that the greatest opportunity lies in the availability of inputs and the greatest threat lies in the price of shrimp feed. Based on the SWOT diagram, the company's position is in quadrant II which is located on the ST strategy (Strength - Threat). During the last three years, poverty in the Bangkalan Regency has increased due to the Ngojur mores in the area. Ngojur is a custom that is made a profession by coastal women by begging for fish products from fishermen and the fish obtained are sold to the market to earn income. This study aims to determine how significant Ngojur women contribute to family income and how long Ngojur women work in productive, domestic, and social activities. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using a simple tabulated mathematical formula. This research results show that ngojur women contribute to the family income by 34 percent.
