Ledre is a typical Bojonegoro snack in the form of thin rolls like roll cakes and the main raw material is plantains. This study aims to determine the process of processing plantains into ledre and determine the value added from processing bananas into ledre at UD. Vatisa Family Calculation of added value can be known by using the hayami method. The research results show that UD. Vatisa Family gets an added value Rp. 64,064/Kg with an value added ratio of 46,71%. This ratio is included in the high ratio category because it is >40%. The profit margin earned is Rp. 127,143/Kg and used for labor, capital, and profits business owners. Suggestions for UD.
