Peran pemerintah terhadap pembangunan fasilitas pertanian di Kabupaten Bangkalan

Abstract

The role of government on development of agricultural sector in Bangkalan Regency is still not optimal. The Human Development Index in Bangkalan Regency is still below the average of 63.79, while in two other districts on Madura Island, namely Pamekasan Regency 65.94 and Sumenep Regency of 66.22. This study want to analyze the problems and role of the government in the development of agricultural facilities in Bangkalan Regency using the Zielobjective Orientierte Project Planning (ZOPP) method. The role of the government in the development of agricultural facilities in Bangkalan Regency could be increase by increasing government attention to agriculture through optimizing agricultural assistance and the role of agricultural extension so that agricultural output and farmers' human resources could be increase
