This research aims to analyze consumer attitudes of organic brown rice and analyze various factors that influence the decision making of buying organic brown rice.This research was conducted in Malang Regency with purposive sampling technique and the respondents was 60 people. The attributes used are price, taste, packaging/bulk, product brand, fluffiness and nutritional content using the multiattribute fishbein method. So that the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Business Fields become one of the idols in the economy in the Regency. The purpose of the study is to determine the state of the position of the agricultural sector in the economy in the period 2017 to 2019 in the Sumenep Regency area. 2) Knowing the description of the field in Sumenep Regency in the future. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis with Location Quotient data analysis, and Dynamic Location Quotient. The results of the study show: 1) The existing economic sources in Sumenep Regency in 2015-2019 are agriculture, electricity and gas sector, mining and excavation sector, clean water, business sector, restaurant and hotel, finance, company services and rental. The sub-sector as the basic sub-sector for the economy in Sumenep Regency during 2015-2019 consists of the plantation crop agriculture sub-sector, plantation agriculture sub-sector, food agriculture and search. 2) The economic sector of Sumenep Regency during 2015-2019 which experienced a change in position in the future there were 15 sectors and which did not experience a change in position and remained in the previous position there were two sectors. The sector changed from the basic sector to non-base. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap pertanian berkelanjutan usahatani bawang merah dan hubungan karakteristik petani terhadap persepsi petani mengenai keberlanjutan usahatani bawang merah. Data primer diperoleh menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur dengan panduan kuisioner kepada 45 petani. Metode analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan Chi-Square. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dimensi ekonomi dianggap sangat penting, sedangkan pada dimensi sosial dan lingkungan dianggap sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha baik dari segi finansial maupun non finansial pada UD. Tajul Anwar Jaya. Metode analisis meliputi kelayakan finansial dan kelayakan non finansial dengan indikator aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen, aspek lingkungan, dan aspek hukum. Hasil analisis finansial menunjukkan nilai NPV sebesar Rp390.433, nilai IRR sebesar 10,79%, nilai B/C ratio sebesar 0,13, nilai R/C ratio 1,13 dan nilai payback period 3 tahun 8 bulan.Kata Kunci: Metode Kelayakan Bisnis, UMKM Keripik Jagung. This study aims to analyze, (1) Assessment of farmer satisfaction with services and use of Nusantara alsintan services in Dlemer; (2) Image evaluation on services and use of UPJA Nusantara in Dlemer; (3) Relationship between Nusantara Alsintan service satisfactions with UPJA Nusantara's image in Dlemer. The method used in this research is quantitative and correlations analysis. The results showed that the assessment of farmer satisfaction with services and use of Nusantara alsintan services in Dlemer was in the satisfied category. Indicators of responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and emphaty are in the category of satisfaction, while the tangible is in the category of quite satisfied. The image assessment on the service and use of UPJA Nusantara in Dlemer, there are several indicators including social responsibility, innovation, management quality, and community trust all in the good category. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat risiko dan kelayakan finansial pada usaha pembesaran ayam broiler yang tergabung dalam pola kemitraan milik Bapak Wawan di Kecamatan Pilangkenceng, Madiun. Metode analisis tingkat risiko produksi dan tingkat risiko pendapatan menggunakan rumus batas bawah (L) dan koefisien variasi (CV), sedangkan analisis kelayakan finasial menggunakan Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), R/C Ratio, dan B/C Ratio. Hasil perhitungan analisis risiko menunjukkan nilai CV 0,5 dan L 0 yang artinya tingkat risiko produksi dan tingkat risiko pendapatan yang tergolong cukup rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui kelayakan usaha pada bisnis pembibitan ayam ras petelur Bapak Ma’ruf di Desa Serah, Panceng, Gresik. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis aspek non finansial dan finansial. Aspek non finansial meliputi hukum, pasar dan pemasaran, teknis dan teknologi, manajemen dan sumber daya manusia, serta sosial dan lingkungan, sedangkan aspek finansial menggunakan kriteria penilaian NPV, PP, IRR, R/C Ratio, dan B/C Ratio. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui pendapatan yang di peroleh dari pengolahan ikan bandeng, 2) menganalisis nilai tambah pengolahan ikan bandeng menjadi otak-otak bandeng dan abon bandeng. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari - Maret 2020 di home industri La Primarasa berlokasi di desa balun kecamatan turi kabupaten lamongan. Hasil analisis menunjukan total biaya yang digunakan untuk pengolahan bandeng menjadi otak-otak bandeng dan abon bandeng sebesar Rp28.337.556. Pendapatan yang di terima home industri La Primarasa dari hasil penjualan otak-otak bandeng dan abon bandeng sebesar Rp14.017.000 dalam satu bulan. Hasil perhitungan R/C ratio dari pengolahan bandeng sebesar 1,50% yang berarti usaha pengolahan bandeng La Primarasa layak untuk dijalankan. Pengolahan bandeng menjadi otak-otak bandeng di Desa Balun Kecamatan Turi Kabupaten Lamongan menghasilkan nilai tambah sebesar Rp24.487/kg per bahan baku. Tingginya persaingan antar objek wisata di Jombang maupun di daerah lain mengakibatkan pentingnya eksplorasi strategi kunjungan wisatawan demi keberlanjutan wisata. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan destinasi Wanawisata Sumber Biru (WSB), menganalisis kunjungan wisatawan WSB, dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpeluang mempengaruhi revisit intention wisatawan WSB. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji regresi logistik.
