Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai tambah tahu, mengetahui pendapatan usaha tahu, dan mengetahui strategi pengembangan industri rumah tangga (IRT) tahu. Lokasi penelitian dipilih dengan cara sengaja pada UD Barokah yang berlokasi di Desa Gangasem, Kecamatan Guluk-guluk, Kabupaten Sumenep, dengan mempertimbangkan UD Barokah merumakan industri rumah tangga tahu terbesar di Kecamatan Guluk-guluk. Alat Analisa yang digunakan meliputi Analisis nilai tambah, pendaptan, dan Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai tambah yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp10.8727,94 per proses produksi. Pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp.20.087.531 perbulan dengan R/C rasio sebesar 2,07. Strategi pengembangan usaha tahu yang tepat untuk dikembangkan adalah strategi S-O, yaitu dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang dimiliki IRT tahu. Defining the territory encouraged extensive commercialization and involved the activities of merchants. This study aims to determine the marketing channels and marketing margins achieved by marketing agencies in the Madura livestock marketing system. This study was carried out at Waru Barat Village, Waru District, Pamekasan District. The study site was determined by purposeful sampling. The Pamekasan regency established the Waru district as one of Madura's livestock centers. The research data analysis methods are descriptive analysis and marketing marginal analysis. Research sampling technique used (snowball sampling). The sample size was determined by 37 respondents. The results showed that the Madura livestock marketing channel in Waru Barat village, farmer-trader-consumer, used a total marketing margin of 1,791,36. The rate received is 79.58%. Jamu chili besides having a price that attracts the attention of farmers, the demand for herbal chili also makes farmers want to keep cultivating it. Therefore, to measure the interest of chili-herbal farmers in Pakandangan Barat Village, a study was conducted which aims to determine the level of interest of farmers and the factors that influence the interest of chili-herbal farmers in West Pakandangan Village. The method used is descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression. The results showed that most of the farmers' level of interest was high with a percentage of 86%. The purpose of the study was to identify the characteristics of Madura cattle feed and to know the management of Madura cattle feed in West Dempo Village. Determination of the sample using the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 43 respondents. The research method used is descriptive and qualitative. The results of the research identified the characteristics of the feed given, namely elephant grass, odot, lamtoro, straw, rice bran and herbal medicine. Feed management is viewed from the amount of feeding, frequency of feeding, feeding method, drinking water supply and special treatment. The amount of feeding is less than the average consumption requirement, which is 10% of body weight, the frequency of feeding forage is done three times a day, concentrate once a day and conditionally herbal medicine. The way of feeding is done in a kereman manner and the provision of drinking water is limited. Di tengah ketatnya persaingan bisnis coffee shop saat ini, seorang pengusaha perlu memperhatikan aspek-aspek produk, harga, lokasi, dan promosi sebagai strategi untuk mencapai kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara simultan dan parsial di “Mana Kopi” Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang, yakni pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian secara dine in atau makan di tempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Mana Kopi Sidoarjo. Koefisien determinasi (R square) diperoleh sebesar 0,480 atau bila dipersentasekan, terdapat 48 persen variabel produk, harga, lokasi, dan promosi yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Mana Kopi Sidoarjo, sedangkan 52persen sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain di luar model.
