However, these SMEs have not been able to develop and be competitive. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of SMEs in traditional herbal drinks in Pamekasan Regency and the factors that influence the competitiveness of SMEs in traditional herbal drinks. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square analysis. The results showed that 56.7% of MSMEs in traditional herbal drinks in Pamekasan Regency were still classified as new businesses and 43.3% had a business period of more than 10 years and were hereditary businesses. The business scale of MSMEs for traditional herbal drinks in Pamekasan Regency is included in the micro business scale. Factors that affect the competitiveness of MSMEs for traditional herbal drinks include demand conditions and business strategy and competition factors. One of the growing industries is tofu milk, a typical food of Jombang. The more years this industry, the more developed. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics and behavior of consumers and what factors influence consumers to purchase milk tofu. The number of respondents in this research is 120 respondents. In this study using 5 variables, namely the dependent variable consisting of purchasing decisions and the independent variables consisting of cultural, personal, psychological, and social factors. The data analysis methods used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, and multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that simultaneously (simultaneous) cultural, personal, psychological, and social factors have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Jombang tofu milk. Change the affect the existence of differences in consumer tastes for a product that causes differences consumer preferences. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction with herbal products PT. Jamu Air Mancur during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pamekasan Regency and identify quadrant maps of the attributes of PT. Jamu Fountain during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pamekasan Regency. This research conducted from month November 2021–February 2022 in Pamekasan Regency with elections purposively. A total of 96 samples were selected based on accidental sampling. Method analysis used _ is descriptive analysis method, validity and reliability test, CSI and IPA. The results of the CSI analysis are 82%, indicating that consumers are very satisfied. The results of the IPA analysis in quadrant I have no attributes in it, this quadrant must be prioritized in terms of improving product attributes. Quadrant II, price, quality, efficacy and taste, in this quadrant consumer satisfaction must be maintained. Quadrant III product safety, quality of materials used, practicality of packaging, and ease of getting the product, in this quadrant the satisfaction and performance attributes are low. Quadrant IV completeness of information, and brand popularity , in this quadrant the attributes that are considered less important by customers but whose performance is already excessive. PT. Permasalahan akan terjadi apabila kebutuhan papan (perumahan, kawasan industri, perkantoran, dan pusat perbelanjaan) lebih besar daripada kebutuhan pangan (kawasan pertanian) akibat peningkatan jumlah penduduk. Kondisi tersebut mengakibatkan meningkatnya persaingan antara kedua kebutuhan tersebut di tengah ketersediaan lahan yang cenderung tetap. Kami mengevaluasi dampak urbanisasi terhadap luas lahan garapan di Indonesia menggunakan data sekunder dari tahun 1961 hingga 2016. Kami menggunakan analisis Prais Winsten dan Cochrane-Orcutt, dimana variabel independent yang digunakan adalah pertumbuhan urbanisasi, PDRB sektor pertanian tahun sebelumnya, produktivitas padi tahun sebelumnya, dan PDRB sektor industri digunakan sebagai variabel bebas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan garapan dipengaruhi secara negatif oleh pertumbuhan urbanisasi dan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh PDB sektor pertanian pada tahun sebelumnya. Generally, cassava is one of the agricultural products that can provide added value economically. This study aims to determine the consumer characteristics of UD cassava chips. Sumber Mutiara and analyze the attributes of cassava chips that consumers want. Samples were taken using accidental sampling of as many as 45 respondents. The data analysis method used is a descriptive qualitative analysis and conjoint analysis. The results showed that consumers of cassava chips UD. Sumber Mutiara is on average 17-24 years old, last education is high school, college student/student profession, and has an income of less than Rp. 1,000,000. Attributes that become consumer preferences for cassava chips are the attributes of round chips, original taste, plastic packaging, and the price is IDR 12,000 - 13,500 350 grams. The results of the study show that together the independent variables (age, working hours once at sea, experience, capital, and dummy tools used) have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely income.
