However, these SMEs have not been able to develop and be competitive. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of SMEs in traditional herbal drinks in Pamekasan Regency and the factors that influence the competitiveness of SMEs in traditional herbal drinks. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square analysis. The results showed that 56.7% of MSMEs in traditional herbal drinks in Pamekasan Regency were still classified as new businesses and 43.3% had a business period of more than 10 years and were hereditary businesses. The business scale of MSMEs for traditional herbal drinks in Pamekasan Regency is included in the micro business scale. Factors that affect the competitiveness of MSMEs for traditional herbal drinks include demand conditions and business strategy and competition factors.
