Anxiety is regulated by neural circuits in the brain. Therefore, the basal mechanism of anxiety has been studied, especially research based on the related neural circuits. For a long time, due to the limitations of science and technology, there was no breakthrough in research regarding anxiety. However, in recent years, due to the progress of technology, the research on anxiety neural circuits has made great progress. For example, the interaction among various brain regions, such as the central nucleus of the amygdala (CeA), the ventral tegmental area (VTA), the ventral hippocampus (vHPC), and so on. This article focuses on three brain regions: including BLA, BNST, and VTA, and illustrate their different roles and mechanisms in regulating anxiety. On this basis, this intensive study of anxiety will further promote the progress of anxiety research and provide therapeutic targets for the related treatment.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47389687","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Physical and mental pain exerts on every AD patient and their families. Even though there is no worldwide approved treatment against AD now, researchers have never given up on investigating and exploring potential approaches for curing AD. Gene therapy and drug treatment arise for alleviating AD symptoms. This paper illustrates the pathological mechanism of AD and focuses on the role of autophagy in AD pathology. Autophagy is a self-degrading mechanism to clear out dysfunctional cells; abnormal autophagy can directly trigger AD. This paper summarizes the effective and novel therapeutic approaches to treating AD by promoting autophagy activity, as well as AD diagnosis and assessment from early to severe stage, which provides promising approaches for researchers who are interested in AD treatments and feasible directions for science translational medicine.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48364649","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: A total 2,573 children with upper respiratory tract infections were included in the meta-analysis, 1,280 of whom received vitamin C and 1,293 who received control medication. The analysis of findings related to the studies included was done through random or fixed effects model to determine whether vitamin C supplementation could stop and control upper respiratory tract infections in children using mean difference (MD) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Results: On average, vitamin C-treated children had fewer upper respiratory tract infection bouts, their illness lasted shorter (MD -0.84; 95% CI -1.47 to -0.20, P = 0.009), and they were less contagious than the control. Conclusions: The number of episodes and illness duration of upper respiratory tract-infected pediatric subjects were considerably reduced in the intervention group (vitamin C) compared to the control. Due to the small sample size in four of 11 studies and the limited number of studies included for comparison, the outcomes should be carefully examined.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43712998","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the field of gynecology and reproduction, PCOS has emerged as both a research hot spot and a challenging area of study. According to Chinese medicine, this disease is related to kidney deficiency, phlegm and dampness obstruction, blood stasis and interconnection, Chong pulse impassability, the lack of Ren pulse, and the loss of uterine nourishment, all of which affect the normal development and maturation of eggs as well as the duration at which menstrual blood stores. In this paper, based on the theoretical basis of “liver collects blood, regulates the flow of qi, and is the master of drainage,” we explore the rationality of the treatment of this disease from the perspective of “liver and kidney have the same origin” and the development of PCOS-related infertility in relation to dysfunctional internal organs. We also explore the feasibility of treatment from the perspective of “liver and kidney homology,” expand the ideas for treatment, as well as develop and innovate the application of organ identification in PCOS in relation to infertility.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46378884","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: A retrospective investigation was conducted to analyze the bacteriological distribution and drug resistance of nosocomial pathogens isolated from the specimens of hospitalized patients in the comprehensive ICU of the hospital from 2019 to 2021. The US technology BD Phoenix 100 automatic bacterial identification analyzer was used for bacterial identification of the pathogen samples, disk diffusion method was used for drug susceptibility test, and SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the trend of drug resistance. Results: A total of 970 strains of nosocomial pathogens were detected in the three years. The main pathogens were Acinetobacter baumannii (133 strains, 13.71%), Klebsiella pneumoniae (106 strains, 10.93%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (83 strains, 8.56%), Escherichia coli (76 strains, 7.84%) and Enterococcus faecium (69 strains, 7.11%). The resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to antibiotics was high. Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli had low resistance rates to carbapenems. The situation of bacterial drug resistance is still serious. Conclusion: The drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria collected from Class III Grade A Hospital’s patients to antibiotics was generally high. Therefore, clinical departments should strengthen the inspection of specimens of infection and drug sensitivity test in order to grasp the resistance mechanisms and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria changes, and select appropriate antimicrobial agents according to the test results.
