Methods: From January 2020 to December 2021, 150 patients with SDS, who were treated in the Dermatology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University, were randomly divided into two groups, a treatment group and a control group, with 75 cases in each group. The treatment group was given 30% supramolecular salicylic acid combined with Yufa spray dressing on the basis of external medicine given to the control group, while the control group was given oral medicine combined with external medicine. Results: The difference in scores of erythema, scales, pruritus, and folliculitis of the treatment group before and after treatment was significant (P < 0.01), indicating that supramolecular salicylic acid combined with Yufa spray dressing can relieve the symptoms of SDS. The difference in scores of erythema of the control group before and after treatment was significant as well (P < 0.05), indicating that traditional antibiotics are also effective in treating SDS; however, there was no significant difference (P > 0.05) in the scores of other signs and symptoms, such as scales, pruritus, and folliculitis, before and after treatment, indicating that traditional antibiotics have no obvious curative effect on SDS. After 12 weeks of treatment, the improvement in erythema, scaling, and folliculitis was significantly greater in the treatment group compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Curative effect comparison showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00%, compared with 25.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: 30% supramolecular salicylic acid combined with Yufa spray dressing can significantly improve the therapeutic effect in moderate to severe SDS; the recurrence rate is lower, the course of treatment is shorted, and patients generally feel better; thus, it is a new option for the treatment of dermatitis.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":"54 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41267188","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the exact relationship between them remains conflicting. In this meta-analysis, we focus on determining the relationship between PC incidence and IBD. Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted up until January 2022, selecting 14 studies, comprising 127,323 subjects with IBD, at the beginning of the study, among which 61,985 were patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and 37,802 were with Crohn’s disease (CD). The studies reported the differences between subjects with IBD and controls with regard to the incidence of PC. In order to investigate the relationship between IBD and the prevalence of PC, we estimated the odds ratio (OR) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Results: IBD significantly increased the incidence of PC (OR, 3.46; 95% CI, 1.40–8.54, P = 0.007) compared to controls. UC significantly increased the incidence of PC (OR, 1.43; 95% CI, 1.03–1.98, P = 0.03) compared to controls. Yet, no significant difference was observed between CD and controls in relation to PC incidence (OR, 0.89; 95% CI, 0.75–1.06, P = 0.18). Conclusion: IBD, particularly UC, may increase the risk of developing PC. This relationship prompts us to advocate for increased PC and IBD screening to reduce the risk for possible complications that could occur in these subjects.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69072723","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: The clinical data of 396 patients with embryonic posterior cerebral artery confirmed by magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and computed tomography angiography (CTA) were analyzed. Results: Two-hundred patients had clinical manifestations of posterior circulation ischemia, including recurrent dizziness, vertigo, and tinnitus; 45 had headaches, 97 had limb weakness, and 16 patients had syncope or impaired consciousness. Seventy-six patients with circulatory infarction were admitted to the hospital. There were 251 patients with history of hypertension, 74 with diabetes, 113 with hyperlipidemia, 13 with dominant vertebral artery, 10 with intracranial aneurysm, and 19 with absence of A1 segment of the anterior cerebral artery (considering developmental variation). Conclusion: Embryonic posterior cerebral artery develops abnormally during the embryonic period, often accompanied by abnormal vascular access. Due to abnormal hemodynamics, the incidence of posterior circulation ischemia, aneurysm, and infarction increases in such patients.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43308122","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to its insidious onset, most patients with newly diagnosed pancreatic cancer have missed the opportunity for radical surgery, which offers patients the best chance of survival. The 5-year survival rate of patients with pancreatic cancer can be improved with early diagnosis, and serum tumor makers are an inexpensive and convenient diagnostic tool that is widely used in the diagnosis of malignancies. Objective: To determine the diagnostic value of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA 19-9), and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in patients with pancreatic cancer and the risk factors of vascular invasion. Methods: An experimental group comprising 52 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted to our department from July 2021 to July 2022 and a control group comprising 21 patients with benign pancreatic diseases during the same period were included in our study. Their serum VEGF, CA 19-9, and CEA levels were detected and compared between the two groups, and the correlation between the three markers in the invaded vessel and non-invaded vessel groups was investigated. The diagnostic value of a single tumor marker and in combination for pancreatic cancer was analyzed, and the three tumor marker levels of the experimental group in different pathological characteristics were detected and compared. Results: The experimental group had higher serum VEGF, CA 19-9, and CEA levels than the control group (P < 0.05). Through a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis, the combined detection had the highest value for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, in which the area under the curve (AUC) was 0.9158 (95% CI: 0.8415–0.9900), while the sensitivity and specificity were 76.19% and 98.08%, respectively. Serum VEGF and CA 19-9 levels were higher in stage III–IV pancreatic cancer patients and those with tumor metastasis compared with stage I–II patients and those without metastasis (P < 0.05), respectively. Binary logistic regression analysis was performed to determine the risk factors of vascular invasion in pancreatic cancer, and the results showed that only serum VEGF was a risk factor (P < 0.05), OR (95% CI): 1.001–1.006. Conclusion: Patients with pancreatic cancer have significantly higher serum VEGF, CA 19-9, and CEA levels, and the combined detection of tumor markers is of high clinical value in its diagnosis. In addition, serum VEGF is an independent risk factor of vascular invasion in pancreatic cancer, which can predict vascular invasion to a certain extent.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43477364","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
