Method: The subjects of this study are 40 patients with AIS admitted at the Yibin Fourth People’s Hospital, of which were computer-randomized into a control group (20 cases, with regular urokinase intravenous thrombolysis therapy) and a research group (20 cases, combined with early Tirofiban treatment) from January 2018 to December 2022. The intervention outcomes between these two groups were compared and analyzed. Result: The blood platelet-related parameters before treatment had no statistical difference between the two groups (P > 0.05), but the research group was higher than that of the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). The Barthel index before treatment in both groups had no statistical difference (P > 0.05), but the research group was higher than that of the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). Methods: We searched PubMed, Medline, Web of Science, CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang databases, with a search time frame from the first day of database establishment to October 2022. Two researchers evaluated the quality of the obtained literature and extracted the data. The RevMan5.4 software was used for meta-analysis. Results: A total of 7 studies involving 1487 nursing students were included. Compared with the control group, the escape room teaching method improved the professional performance of nursing students [standardized mean difference (SMD) = 0.98, 95% confidence interval (CI; 0.38,1.59), P < 0.0001]. The critical thinking ability of nursing students was enhanced [mean difference (MD) = 12.64, 95% CI (7.91,17.37), P < 0.0001], and the investment level of nursing students in learning was improved [MD = 4.18, 95% CI (1.74,6.62), P < 0.0001]. Conclusion: The escape room teaching method can improve nursing students’ professional performance, critical thinking ability, and learning engagement level. There is no significant difference in the impact of nursing teaching satisfaction, and there is still a lack of data support. Methods: A total of 100 patients with PSD who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an experimental group (50 cases) and a control group (50 cases) using the random number table method, and the enrollment was in order of admission time. The control group used conventional treatment of oral antidepressant Deanxit tablets (0.5 mg flupenthixol + 10 mg melitracen) with the dose appropriately adjusted according to the patient’s medication effect, and modern rehabilitation treatment given selectively according to the patient’s condition. The experimental group had similar treatment as the control group with the addition of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) acupuncture combined with emotional intervention. The application effects of both groups before and after treatment were verified using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (Ham-D), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Activities of Daily Living (ADL), serotonin levels were measured, and statistical analyses were carried out. Results: The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the Ham-D score, NIHSS score, ADL score, and serotonin level after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Methods: BMSCs cells were transfected with circRNA-vgll3, and divided into circRNA-vgll3 high-level group, circRNA-vgll3 low-level group, and negative control group (circRNA-vgll3 not transfected) according to the amount of transfection. The proliferation and apoptosis of BMSCs osteoblasts in each group were analyzed, and the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity, type I collagen gray value, bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP-2), Runx2 protein, and mRNA expression levels were detected. Results: The circRNA-vgll3 low-level group had a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of BMSCs osteoblasts, and the apoptosis rate of the circRNA-vgll3 low-level group was significantly higher than that of the circRNA-vgll3 high-level group ( P < 0.05 ); ALP activity, type I collagen gray value, BMP-2, Runx2 protein, and mRNA expression levels in the high-level circRNA-vgll3 group were significantly higher than those in the low-level circRNA-vgll3 group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Overexpression of circRNA-vgll3 can promote the osteogenic differentiation ability of BMSCs, while low expression of circRNA-vgll3 can inhibit the osteogenic differentiation ability of BMSCs. Methods: 30 patients with IgA nephropathy who were admitted to the Urology Department of Jiuquan hospital from August 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects, and they divided into an observation group and control group by drawing lots, with 15 cases in each group. The observation group underwent hydroxychloroquine treatment in addition of hormone therapy, and the control group underwent conventional treatment and hormone therapy. The rate of effectiveness of treatment, serum index, and renal function of both groups were compared. Results: The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum creatinine and serum albumin (P > 0.05) between the groups before treatment; after treatment, the serum creatinine and serum albumin in the steroid group were significantly better than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Besides, there was no significant difference in urine protein quantification and glomerular filtration rate between the groups before treatment (P > 0.05); after treatment, the hormone group’s urine protein quantification and glomerular filtration rate were significantly better than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). The rate of effectiveness of the hormone group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). Methods: 120 cases patients who were treated surgically for oral cancer from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected for this study; the ages of patients ranged from 26–78 years old. The patients were divided into a control group (60 patients) who would undergo routine nursing and an observation group who would undergo continuous nursing based on the Omaha. Statistical analysis was carried out on the clinical data. Results: After nursing, the quality of life, degree of understanding towards the disease, total satisfaction, and total rate of effectiveness of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the negative emotion scores were significantly lower in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Continuous nursing based on the Omaha system can not only improve the quality of life of oral cancer patients after surgery, but also alleviate the negative emotions of patients, expand the degree of understanding towards the disease, and improve their overall quality of life.
