Methods: 80 patients with acute leukemia admitted from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group underwent chemotherapy, and the observation group took megestrol acetate dispersible tablets and underwent chemotherapy. The effect of the treatments were evaluated by analyzing the albumin (Alb) and prealbumin (Palb) indicators, and the adverse reactions were observed. Results: There was no significant difference in Alb and Palb indexes between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, Alb and Palb indexes in the observation group were greater than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20.00%, which was significantly higher than the observation group (5.00%), with P < 0.05. Conclusion: The combination of megestrol acetate dispersible tablets and chemotherapy is more effective in treating patients with acute leukemia, and the Alb and Palb indexes can be optimized. Besides, there are fewer adverse reactions, which means that the treatment is relatively safe.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45249733","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: A total of 675 ICU nurses in Shaanxi Province were surveyed using the organizational support scale, the resilience evaluation scale for medical staff, and the Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale (DASS-21). Results: The resilience of ICU nurses had significant correlation with the level of organizational support (r = 0.448, P < 0.01), but was negatively correlated with depression (r = -0.238, P < 0.001), anxiety (r = -0.287, P < 0.01), and stress (r = -0.213, P < 0.01); the level of organizational support of ICU nurses was also negatively correlated with depression (r = -0.452,  P < 0.01), anxiety (r = -0.410, P < 0.01), and stress (r = -0.490, P < 0.01). The sense of organizational support played a mediating role between the resilience of ICU nurses and their depression-anxiety-stress, the mediating effect accounted for 78% of the total effect. Conclusion: The perceived organizational support and resilience is an important external protective factor for the mental health and ability of ICU nurses. The management departments should continue to pay attention to the mental health of ICU nurses, take effective measures to improve the sense of organizational support and resilience of nurses, and ensure the good mental health of ICU nurses.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69072742","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: With descriptive phenomenology as the research method, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Nanjing from February 1st to 10th, 2023, and Colaizzi seven-step analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: A total of 17 emergency medical staff were interviewed in this study. Four themes were derived from the analysis of the data: the etiology of acute abdomen is complex, so it is difficult to categorize them: acute abdomen requires immediate treatment, but the treat will be delayed if the categorization is inaccurate; the high pressure of nurses and the accuracy in categorizing the patients are problems that should be addressed. Conclusion: The categorization of patients with non-traumatic acute abdomen is challenging. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out corresponding intervention and formulate appropriate departmental evaluation tools to improve the accuracy of categorization of patients with acute abdomen.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41679857","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On September 27, 2021, a 55-year-old male who mistakenly inhaled 20 mL of diesel through a siphon was admitted to our hospital. The main symptoms were cough and asthma. Chest computed tomography (CT) showed both lungs scattered with patchy consolidation, ground-glass shadow, exudation, and pleural effusion. After 61 days of lung rehabilitation training and other supportive treatment, including oxygen therapy, postural drainage, ventilator support, bronchoalveolar lavage, hemoperfusion, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), hormones, and antibiotics, the patient’s condition improved, and the patient was discharged. Through literature review, we found that lung consolidation, ground-glass shadow, nodular lesions, and pleural effusion can be observed on chest images of patients with lipoid pneumonia, with severe cases showing diffuse lesions involving both lungs, possibly secondary to respiratory failure. Children with acute critical illness deteriorates rapidly and have poor prognosis, whereas adults or patients with chronic poisoning have better prognosis after active treatment.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48547994","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: This study comprised 551 pregnant women who required cervical ripening with dinoprostone before induction of labor. Using univariate and multivariate analyses, independent predictors of vaginal delivery were identified. Results: 443 of the 551 women (80.4%) gave birth vaginally. Vaginal delivery was predicted by maternal age (24–30 vs. < 24, P < 0.001; 30–35 vs. < 24, P = 0.03), gestational age (P = 0.005), birth weight (P < 0.001), parity (P = 0.001), pre-pregnancy BMI (P < 0.001), premature rupture of membranes (P = 0.001), meconium-stained amniotic fluid (P < 0.001), fundal height (P < 0.001) and the Bishop score (P < 0.001). None of the women exhibited severe postpartum hemorrhage. Conclusions: The maternal age, gestational age, birth weight, parity, body mass index, premature membrane rupture, amniotic fluid contamination, fundal height, and the Bishop score were independent predictors of vaginal delivery.
