Results: A total of 17 emergency medical staff were interviewed in this study. Four themes were derived from the analysis of the data: the etiology of acute abdomen is complex, so it is difficult to categorize them: acute abdomen requires immediate treatment, but the treat will be delayed if the categorization is inaccurate; the high pressure of nurses and the accuracy in categorizing the patients are problems that should be addressed. Conclusion: The categorization of patients with non-traumatic acute abdomen is challenging. Abstract

非创伤性急腹症患者分型的定性研究

目的:探讨综合医院急诊科医护人员在非创伤性急腹症患者分诊中的工作经验，制定相应的干预措施和科室评价工具。方法:以描述现象学为研究方法，于2023年2月1日至10日对南京市某三级医院的医护人员进行半结构化访谈，采用Colaizzi七步分析法对数据进行分析。结果:本研究共采访了17名急诊医务人员。通过对资料的分析，得出四个主题:急腹症病因复杂，难以分类;急腹症需要立即治疗，但分类不准确会延误治疗;护士的工作压力大，对病人的分类不准确是需要解决的问题。结论:非外伤性急腹症的分类具有挑战性。因此，有必要进行相应的干预，制定合适的科室评价工具，以提高急腹症患者的分类准确性。
