Methods: The medical records of outpatients with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected for retrospective analysis, and the factors that may be related to the occurrence of catheter-related bloodstream infection were analyzed by logistic multivariate analysis. Results: The incidence rate of catheter-related bloodstream infection among the enrolled patients was 4.78%. It was found that age, duration of catheterization, catheter site, number of punctures, and diabetes were all risk factors for catheter-associated bloodstream infection, and the differences were statistically significant. Methods: SCC15 cells were extracted, and the supernatant was discarded. The cells were then rinsed twice with PBS, and 0, 2.5, 5, and 10 μL of Mki67 (50 mg/mL) were added to the culture respectively. The inhibition rate of cell proliferation was detected by 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazolyl-2)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) method, and the cell migration was measured by Transwell chamber test. The cell apoptosis rate was detected by cytometry, and the p-Akt protein content in the cells of each group was determined by a double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit. Results: The cell proliferation rates of the 2.5 μL, 5 μL, and 10 μL dose groups were all lower than the 0 μL group (P < 0.05) before treatment, and the cell proliferation rates in the 2.5 μL, 5μL, and 10μL dose groups decreased overtime (P < 0.05). After 24 h, with the increase of Mki67 concentration, the number of migration and invasion gradually decreased (P < 0.05), and the number of apoptosis gradually increased (P < 0.05); besides, the relative expression of MMP-9, PI3K, and Akt mRNA decreased gradually (P < 0.05), and the expression level of Akt mRNA was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Methods: Pregnant women with a pregnancy period of 12 weeks to 36 weeks in Baoding area were selected as the research subjects using the random sampling method. The sample size is estimated to be 5,000 people, and the diversity of the research subjects, such as age, education level, pregnancy, etc., were recorded through a survey. The content of the survey included the personal information of the research subjects, pregnancy conditions, eating habits, vitamin supplements taken, etc. At the same time, blood tests were carried out on the research subjects to detect indicators such as vitamin levels. Results: The results of serum measurement showed that the vitamin A level of pregnant women was 0.38 ± 0.12 mg/L, the vitamin E level was 13.51 ± 3.17 mg/L, and the vitamin D level was 17.82 ± 4.18 ng/L; the level of vitamin A of pregnant women in the first trimester was significantly lower than those in the second and third trimesters, and the level of vitamin E of pregnant women in second trimester was significantly higher than those in the first and third trimesters, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The rate of vitamin A deficiency in the early stage was significantly higher than that in the middle and late stages of pregnancy, (P < 0.05); vitamin D deficiency existed in all pregnant women. Moreover, GLP-1 can also cross the blood-brain barrier and bind with GLP-1R distributed in various parts of the brain, thereby reducing apoptosis caused by neuroinflammation and oxygen stress, and promoting learning, memory, cognitive function, neuroprotection, and nerve cell remodeling. However, the exact molecular pathway by which GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs) exerts protective effects on many organs is not fully understood, so it is a hot topic of research. Methods: A QCC, consisting of information office members from a grade A tertiary hospital in Wenzhou, was established to conduct a research project with the theme “Constructing a new model of contactless medical service based on outpatients’ experience.” According to the ten steps and PDCA cycle, an analysis was carried out before and after the QCC activities, focusing on improving pre-consultation services, providing steward-like services, and facilitating post-consultation management. Results: After the QCC activities, the mobile appointment rate, missed appointment rate, the proportion of smart check-ins, and the average check-in time were 55.68%, 4.02%, 39.75%, and 8.24 ± 3.66 min, respectively; in contrast, before the activities, they were 32.00%, 7.88%, 0.00%, and 14.96 ± 4.98 min, respectively; the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 3480.112, 4994.496; Fisher’s exact probability = 963788.570; t = 5.323, P < 0.001). The prevention and treatment of these diseases have received increasing attention from the medical sector. Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by polydipsia, polyuria and emaciation, in which the incidence of type 2 diabetes is much higher compared to type 1 diabetes. Diabetes has a variety of complications that can occur after the progression of the disease. Diabetic constipation is one of the most common and harmful complications of diabetes, which can negatively impact the health of patients. Western medicine is limited when treating these diseases, and there are obvious side effects associated with some drugs. The tolerance of the middle-aged and elderly is poor. Therefore, more and more experts and scholars have advocated the introduction of Chinese medicine into the treatment of diabetic constipation, of which acupuncture is widely used and its efficacy is well recognized by doctors and patients. This study collated and analyzed the relevant literature reports and studies in the past three years. It was confirmed that the use of acupuncture for diabetic constipation can remarkably improve clinical symptoms, its efficacy and safety are good, and this treatment protocol has positive clinical application value.","PeriodicalId":64151,"journal":{"name":"临床护理研究","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48959448","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: From March 2021 to March 2022, the data of patients with Simon Grade Ⅲ adipo-glandular GYN treated by liposuction combined with glandectomy in the Department of Plastic Surgery, Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University and Henan Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Based on the medical records, color ultrasound was performed on the patient’s breast before surgery, which was determined to be GYN (more than 50% glandular tissue). A 3 mm long incision was made at the lower boundary of the surgical range, through which the adipose tissue in the hypertrophic region of the breast was repeatedly aspirated until a satisfactory thickness was achieved. The residual glandular tissue was removed by a semicircular arc incision under the areola, and then the areola incision was sutured in position. The blood flow, sensation, and wound healing of bilateral nipples and areola were observed after surgery, and the morphology of bilateral thorax and scar of incision were followed up. Results: A total of 15 GYN patients aged 18 to 35 years with body mass index of 23.8 to 26.5 kg/m2 (mean = 24.8 kg/m2) were included in this study. The average intraoperative liposuction volume of unilateral breast was 170 mL (150–200 mL), the average glandectomy volume was 115 g (95–125 g), and the average blood loss was about 40 mL (15–75 mL). Postoperative hypertrophic breast volume decreased significantly, and no complications such as hematoma, infection, skin ischemic necrosis, or sensory disturbance occurred in the nipple and areola, during the healing process. The patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months, and the bilateral thorax was smooth, symmetrical, and natural in contour. The incision was concealed, and the scar was not obvious. Conclusion: Liposuction combined with subareolar incision glandectomy in the treatment of Simon Grade Ⅲ adipo-glandular GYN is safe.
