The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was also statistically significant (P < 0.05). Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of the WeChat platform combined with the PBL teaching method in the standardized training of anesthesia residents. 微信平台结合PBL教学法对麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的效果分析
目的:探讨和分析微信平台结合PBL教学法在麻醉住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法:选择2018年1月~ 2019年12月底麻醉住院医师120人,按入院时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各60人。对照组采用常规教学模式,观察组采用微信平台结合PBL教学方法。比较两组学生培训后的理论知识和麻醉技能操作得分、教学兴趣调查得分及对教学模式的满意度。结果:观察组在理论知识、麻醉技能操作两项得分均显著高于对照组,教学兴趣指标均显著高于对照组。差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异也有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:微信平台结合PBL教学法有利于提高麻醉住院医师培训效果,激发自主学习能力,保证理论知识的有效实践,促进其向更高水平的麻醉技能迈进。
