The construction of scientific research platform was not perfect. Lv","doi":"10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1006-1924.2019.03.015","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1006-1924.2019.03.015","url":null,"abstract":"Objective \u0000Aims to reduce the hidden risks of laboratory biosafety, understand the status of biosafety laboratory record filing situations in Shenzhen, and also to provide scientific basis for further standardizing the management of biosafety laboratory in Shenzhen. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Methods \u0000In 2017, 75 laboratories in Shenzhen completed record filing were surveyed, methodologies adopted including application materials review, phone call consultation and communication, carrying out corrective actions based on feedback peer review suggestions and finally complete the record filing. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The first/second level laboratory of biosafety in shenzhen is mainly public medical institutions, followed by private hospitals. In 2017, the first three record-filing LABS were Futian district, nanshan district and longgang district. Secondly, to conduct qualitative analysis of relevant indicators to determine the weighting levels of each sub-item of different indicators. Finally, design the mathematical model of calculation according to the weights and scores granted to the importance, grade, etc. of the indicators. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000After the simulation calculation, the designed formula can better reflect the weighting level of different indicators, which makes the evaluation of the suitability of the research team members feasible. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000Quantitative evaluation of the suitability evaluation index of innovation team members makes the evaluation of innovation team members have evidence to follow, the evaluation results are fair and equitable, and easy to be accepted by all parties. Reliability of the clinical research finding is determined by the quality of study design and analysis courses. It will also further impact the guideline development and clinical practice. This study was focus on the evaluation of clinical research quality during its whole process. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Methods \u0000Subjects of this study were the clinical summary reports from a government funded project which were submitted in 2016. Standardized data collecting form had been used to capture the key features regarding to the quality of study design and data analysis. After the review of data accuracy, descriptive analysis had been carried to interpret the observed findings both for design and analysis aspects. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000There were 67 project summary reports included in our analysis. The top three investigated therapeutic areas were oncology, cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases and orthopedics (19.4%, 11.9% and 11.9%). Most of studies fulfilled the evaluation criteria according to their original plan. 94% studies were strictly compliance with the original protocol with no interim amendment. Meanwhile, the report on sample size determination and appropriate use of multi-variable analysis should be improved. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000Usually, clinical research program can fulfill the evaluate goal according to funding requirements. But the methodology quality should be paid more attention. The annual average budget accounts for 7.14% of the total government budget. There are scientific management methods for fund allocation. However, the nursing department is the blind spot of intellectual property in most hospitals. This article tried to explore strategies to eliminate barriers to the implementation of nursing intellectual property rights in order to promote nursing patents. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Methods \u0000This paper conducted systematic analysis of the problems and obstacles in the implementation and transformation of nursing patents, and proposed tailored administrative plan. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000Identified obstacle factors include personal reasons of the nursing staff, heavy daily clinical work, as well as the immature patent system and patent market in China. Accordingly, our hospital adopted several corrective measurements, for instance, improving the support for the implementation of nursing patents, strengthening the cultivation and incubation of the intellectual property of nursing staff and standardizing the patent management. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000These measures have effectively improved the awareness and enthusiasm of nurses′ patent knowledge. Visualization map of hospital-subject co-occurrence matrix was drawn by using NetDraw visualization tool. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The scientific and technological influence of hospitals in Shandong Province is in the middle level of the whole country, forming a certain number of superior disciplines and subject clusters, most of which show that the input of science and technology is higher than the output of science and technology and the influence of disciplines. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000The overall level of scientific and technological influence of hospitals in Shandong Province is not high, and the contribution of academic influence and scientific and technological output is not high, there are still some gaps with the construction requirements of national clinical medical resarch platform.
